A truly inspiring place (also for not religious people). Its calm, carries a lot of history and has some beautiful spots. I went there once without having enough cash, they didn t charge me (i donated next time, though they insisted not to take it). Very kind people and a beautifuk place
Visited the Holy Monasteryvof Daint Neophytos a few times, but on my last visit I have stayed for the service. The monastery is nesting in the hills, which is very peaceful, you can hear the birds singing and take in the view and the beauty of the place. I didn t had time to visit the museum.
I was in Cyprus many times and ate Gyros in different places and cities but this one is the BEST of the best ! The portion is big and very delicious. We ordered a delivery which was very comfortable and quick for us . Besides the delicious gyros , Kostas was very nice and friendly . I definitely recommend everyone to visit it :)
Best kebabs ever! Reasonable prices! Fresh vegetables, delicious meat, soft pitas... Truly friendly owners, always ready to help you... I went there 3 times along with my husband and my daughter... Thank you guys for delicious meals! Have a great holiday time in Greece
Amazing Gyros by amazing people! Thanks for the shirts! As promised we are wearing them in NYC Coney Island Brooklyn Thanks again!!!!
Excellent set up with Church, Museen Shop, garden with birds and a cave. All very well kept and there is nice honey . Self service restaurant with excellent seating just outside.
Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria in Opatija. The rooms were large and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would gladly come back - if you are traveling by car, be aware that parking is a real downside. There are not enough parking spaces, they are difficult to access, and the charge is €25 per day. This makes it inconvenient and quite expensive. If you don’t need parking, it’s a great place to stay — but if you’re coming by car, you may want to think twice.”

Really nice hotel near the sea. We received an upgrade and found ourselves in the suite with excellent view of the sea from everywhere, even the bed. Breakfast was great with variety of foods, really tasty. - Parking is a real challenge - the hotel enables to use the 50m distant garage (for 25/day) but you need to drive around Opatija (more than 2km) to get there and than again to return the parking card.

Perfect location, excellent room with sea view, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Absolutely recommended for short or longer stays. - The hotel offered onsite parking at booking.com and that was a main point for the selection of this hotel and we explicitly mentioned the need for it during the booking process. Despite of that we were charged 25 EUR for parking in a nearby parking house.

very tasty food, amazingly friendly people, we had a wonderful time. The kebab is big and so tasty, and so are hamburger and salads too. We recommend it to everyone.

Red pepper is a hidden gem in Larnaka. A daily menu means the food is always freshly prepared. We really enjoy the steak, which is really tasty and not covered with creamy sauces. The homemade pasta is also very nice.
Red Pepper is a hidden gem in Larnaca that offers a warm, homely atmosphere with a quiet, relaxed vibe. It’s a family-run place, and you can really feel the care and heart behind everything — from the service to the food. The portions are generous, and the dishes are honest and straightforward — no gimmicks, just great food done right. The quality of the meat is outstanding. I had a perfectly cooked steak that was tender and juicy, and the lamb chops were simply incredible — rich, fatty in the best way, and full of flavor. One of the highlights of the experience is the chef himself — he comes out to greet the guests, shares his personal stories, and makes you feel truly welcome. It’s a charming and heartfelt touch that adds to the overall warmth of the place. To finish, the South African pudding was absolutely delicious — a comforting and sweet end to a fantastic meal. All of this comes at very fair prices, making Red Pepper not just a great meal, but a great value. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food in a cozy and authentic setting.
The balcony! - - For an exceptional breakfast there should be american style pancakes fpr sure -
