We are on our last day and the hotel is great. The decor is a bit tired and could do with modernisation. The rooms a clean, plenty of choice for food and drinks. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A massive thank you to Katerina and Mike's who both work really hard on the main bar on an evening, who keep smiling when it's so busy.

Very nice Mojitos ;) I’ve been coming to Rhodes for 35 years now. Mostly with my parents, but these days also with my own three daughters. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff is very friendly. It feels like family /home! See you next time!

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell, bra service från all personal. En stor buffé matsal med fantastiskt goda rätter och en personal som hela tiden ser till att plocka undan disk. Hovmästaren är helt fantastisk, jobbar hela dagarna men har alltid tid att hälsa dig välkommen och ser till att du får personlig service. Han har goda kunskaper om vinerna i restaurangen, om du beställer viner så får du extra fin service. Jag kan rekommendera hotellet och särskilt restaurangen med serviceinriktad ledning och personal.

It was such a lovely hotel and the food was the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Lovely rooms and a great pool. The best part of the entire holiday was the animation team, especially Flo and Leslie. They made the entire holiday as enjoyable as it possibly could have been. Will definitely be back in the future

We visited this hotel for a week in April, the people at the reception were really welcoming and helpful. The entertainment was amazing. Room was genuinely clean and tidy. The cleaners were really helpful with everything we needed and made our room lovely each day. The food was excellent and super accommodating for everyone even with allegories or intolerances. In summary, we had a great holiday and would recommended to anyone looking to go to Rhodes.

Great food, all staff are very friendly including the entertainment team (LESLIE is the best), rooms are very clean. I booked a room with inland view but got both land and sea view. Plenty of sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the amount of guests.

Great hotel! Perfect location just across from the beach and within walking distance to Rhodes Town (4km) or bus stop just by hotel. Room was spacious and great sea view. Road traffic was quite noisy first night but we quickly got used to it and view more than made up for it. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious - good variety, nice dishes which were varied each day and Greek food as well as the usual chips, pizza etc. Lovely dishes like duck in orange sauce, pork with leek sauce… Fresh pizzas made each evening, great range of salads, fresh pastas, fish and vegetarian dishes. Plenty of dessert dishes to choose from and baclava in abundance.Range of all inclusive drinks good. A really wonderful week’s holiday!

Nice and clean hotel but would say it’s more of a 3 star not 4. Food was good but very repetitive. Long queues for drinks and most of the time only one person serving which was annoying. When the good servers were on though the Queue went down quickly. Different entertainment every night which was good. Leslie from the entertainment team was the heart and soul of that place, they are lucky to have him. We went at the end of April and the pool is freezing, unusual at the time of year. Air conditioning in our room (460) was awful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Shower was good. Rooms are dated. Just a note for British holiday makers, a lot of the entertainment is in French. Outside of the hotel there is a lovely Greek restaurant called ‘restaurant Olympias’, food is excellent and reasonably priced. Mini Golf next to the hotel was good, staff were friendly. 10€ taxi to Rhodes old town is a must visit, very picturesque, good shopping and good food we recommend eating at ‘Mama Sofia’s’, touch pricey but excellent food. And ‘Hermes’ was amazing food, and cheap price.

Great hotel We have just returned from staying at Cosmopolitan hotel and what a lovely 7 day holiday we have had. Very close to the beach and in between the airport and the old city. Of course, when I get the chance, I will visit this nice hotel. Fantastic experience A beautiful location, amazing view. Nice family holiday. All the department they’re working hard to make you feel home. Excellent service. All inclusive food was amazing. We had a premium room, which was veryspacious and clean. We’ve spent absolutely wonderful time We hope to be able to return next year.

Visited here with my Sister , Son and Nephews, really enjoyed the holiday, the hotel was super clean, the grounds were amazing , with marble look interior in the lobby and very 4 star looking , and palm trees glass plastic stair banisters leading down to the pool. all the staff were really friendly , they worked really hard to make all of the customers feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard facilities were ample , the food that we did like was really nice, there was plenty of choices (some food was catered towards the diverse nationalities staying which wasn’t to our liking , but would’ve been to French , German etc ) they even had pizza ovens and made some amazing pizzas, though the bacon wasn’t the best , it usually isn’t abroad though is it ? The entertainment was brilliant although the equipment provided for them could’ve been better , but the holiday reps went out of their way to entertain guests of all ages, there was entertainment every night, during the day they organised games of water polo, on the day we had rain they organised a game of beer pong which was good fun. The only problem really was the pool was cold, but that was the time of year we decided to book (April) but it was super clean. The location has got shops further down about 5 minutes walk, it’s right on the beach , 10 minutes on the bus in the other direction and you can enjoy Old Town, 40 minutes or an excursion can get you to Lindos (Definitely recommend going to both of those locations. )

Gutes Essen mit sehr großer Auswahl, alles wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und viele haben auch Deutsch gesprochen. Pool und sonstige Umgebung sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Strand war vermutlich aufgrund der Jahreszeit noch nicht ganz auf Stand (noch recht viel angeschwemmter Müll).

Our holiday in Greece was absolutely fantastic, and the Cosmopolitan Hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. George, the head waiter, took incredible care of my son, who has allergies, providing hygienic and bespoke meals that allowed him to enjoy every moment without concern. Leslie, the lead animator, brought energy and enthusiasm, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect—right next to the pool, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing dip at any time. The staff were truly amazing, always attentive, friendly, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing sauna, adding to the overall experience. To top it all off, the weather was perfect throughout our stay! I would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable vacation.

We head big nightmare in this hotel after 4 days dicaded to avoid kitchen because food was absolutely brilliant and start having food overdose every day ..... Same on bars with cocktails,,top staff.. All the best to all staff and chiefs in kitchen......❤️❤️❤️......

Friend and I visited the Cosmopolitan hotel late April 2025 and it was great!! Super tasty food all day everyday, very funny animations team (especially Leslie, big love to you and your bun) never failed to make us laugh! Entertainment every night, from tribute acts (Chris Brown, Bruno Mars, Rihanna) to bingo, Greek night, and loads more! Lots of stuff for kids too, both daytime and evening. Lots of drinks available all day everyday, just not strong enough alcohol wise

L’hôtel était charment, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant que ce soit à la réception, le service de nettoyage, la restauration et les animateurs. Point +++ au personnel de la réception qui est réactif et très gentils, tous les uns que les autres pour un métier pas toujours facile avec le monde. Petit bémol je dirai le nettoyage des chambres, je noterai juste que le sol n’était pas fait à notre arrivée et je doute qu’il ait été fait durant le séjour. Sinon, bel hôtel, situé près de l’arrêt de jus en direction du centre de Rhodes ce qui a été agréable. Ayant un bébé de un an et demi on nous a recommandé une excursion en car, cependant, je recommande pas spécialement cette activité avec un enfant. On nous indique qu’avec poussette c’est parfait, mais on se retrouve à visiter des lieux (très jolies) mais à base de graviers et d’escalier, on a payé 10e l’entrée par personne pour rester en bas et ne pas pouvoir monter c’est dommage … Bonnes vacances quand même !

Lovely Hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful. We travelled as a family of 8 including a 6month old baby & an 8year old. Lots to do. Entertainment was Amazing every night. Food was lovely and plenty of it. Taxi too old town was cheap and no hassle. We all really enjoyed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, un accueil parfais, bravo à la réception avec un accueil qui vous reçois dans votre langue, c'est super ça! ils sont tous super à la réception avec leurs sourires, SOULA, RALLIA, AGAPITOS, ROULA, SOSOS, KIKI, FILITSA ect... je vous aime! Au restaurant, très bonne cuisine, des serveurs et serveuses au TOP, VASILIS, KIKI , MARIA, XRISA , GEORGES, sourires et serviabilité, sans oublié Mr le manager PANAGIOTIS! Point négatif : des personnes viennent manger en bikini le midi !ce qui n'est pas top au resto!!! faudrait quand même plus de contrôle à l'entré du restaurant! Des personnes qui entre en peignoir et ressort avec des assiettes remplie de nouriture pour retourner dans leur chambre, pas top ça! Faut vraiment quelqu'un a l'entré du resto pour contrôler tout ça!!! le Bar est toujours super très bien tenu par Mikès! à la piscine tout est parfait! les femmes de ménage sont super courageuse, tout les jours le linge est changer et les chambres bien propre, le lit confortable, un peu moêlleux, mais pas de trop, très bien pour le confort du dos, une baie vitré avec un moustiquaire, ça c'est le TOP! j'ai vraiment apprécié!! une climatisation qui est vraiment agréable aussi quand on a des températures de 30 deg en octobre! des vacances parfaite au COSMOPOLITAN, JE VOUS RECOMMANDE CET HÔTEL
