We booked a family room and got two connected double bedrooms which was great. It meant two bathrooms and a lot of space. It was spotless clean, the team does a very good job here. Water pressure in the shower was good. The restaurant was good. We never had a problem to find a table. There was good variety on food and it tasted ok. Unfortunately many dishes lacked some spices. The pool area was nice, especially at the kids pool as well as on the beach there were always sun beds available. So I‘d say the hotel is good value for money. - Wifi was quite weak. you could hear the neighbors and in the bathroom there were a lot of fixed spots in the tiles and so (not a problem but therefore it doesn’t look shiny and new anymore). We had a room next to the kids pool where at most nights there was loud entertainment until 11 pm, which wasn’t ideal with a small kid.

Guy on the pool was the Best. He was so full of energy. It was fun to watch him work. He get every body to join activities. Awesome.

Writing whilst staying at the hotel. I would agree 4* is right, hotel is expected for any stay on a Greek island. Staff showed you to your room, standard rooms are as expected and reasonable for your stay. Entertainment team are great, especially Leslie who carries the team. He is very approachable, friendly, chatty, gets involved with games. Entertaining 24/7. Food is very good, especially breakfast. There is something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily, cleaners are friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Bedding is changed daily, towels every other day. Pool, bar/snack area and restaurant is very clean, staff have a quick turn around making sure tables are cleaned ready for guests. No concerns with noise. Two shops, one at the base of the hotel opposite the beach, the other a stones throw away. Beach is lovely, with a selection of beds reserved for hotel guests. Reception staff arranged a taxi for us, costing €14 into Rhodes town. 20 minute walk in either direction from the hotel, you’ll find bars, restaurants and shops. Everything is reasonably priced, would return again.

We had a really nice visit here for 7 nights. We had no issues getting sun loungers & only a few bagged early! Food good, cocktails & wine not great but I’ve had worse! Staff friendly everywhere. Room was a bit basic & could do with a refurb But clean, we were downstairs with a pool view. Got a late check which was very reasonable at €7 per hour

Vi havde et dejligt ophold, ligesom vi har haft de 2 andre gange vi har besøgt hotellet. Maden er varieret og god. Der er masser af valgmuligheder, både morgen, middag og aften. Dejligt med frisk pizza til frokost i poolbaren. Underholdning er i top. Leslie er en energibombe uden lige, at se ham til Aqua-gym kan tage pusten fra enhver. Han kommer rundt og snakker med os, også hvis han har fri og man møder ham. Han samarbejder godt med pigerne og han passer på dem. Der var en fuld gæst der blev lidt for nærgående, og Leslie var straks henne og stille sig imellem og tage en snak med manden. Leslie havde fri men var i poolområdet lige i øjeblikket, og hjalp til da man kunne se pigerne ikke var trygge. Vi er ikke oppe og se Underholdning om aftenen, men vi sidder udenfor i hovedbaren og lytter med. Vi har gennem året oplevet de ikke har mange midler men får det bedste ud af det. Ved poolen deltager vi heller ikke, men vi nyder at sidder og opleve og nyder livligheden ved poolen. Rengøringspersonalet knokler. Der er altid pænt og rent lige meget hvor man går og værelset er altid rent og pænt. Da vi som sagt har været der før var det fedt at komme i hovedbaren første aften og se Mikes ansigt lyse op med et stort smil. Han kunne huske os. Ham og hans kollega styrer baren for vildt, de er fantastiske. Det samme med "overtjeneren". Han kunne også huske os. Både Mike og overtjeneren brillierede med danske ord, så bliver man glad. Receptionen er rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Vores køleskab var i stykker da vi kom, og vupti var der en og lave det. Vi spurgte om vi kunne få værelset til kl 17 den dag vi skulle rejse. Det kunne vi, vi fik det ovenikøbet til kl 18. Rart når man først skal fra hotellet 20.30. De er altid søde, smilende og hjælpsomme og den ene af pigerne kunne huske os. Man kan se alle de ansatte knokler for at vi skal have det godt Vi kommer igen til næste år i slutningen af august, det er bare blevet vores yndlingssted hvor vi kan slappe af og slå hovedet fra 14 dage om året fra en travl hverdag. Vi var 2 vuxna och reste som vänner och hade ett dublettrum med havsutsikt vid sidan om vägen, var ett super trevligt rum. Låg lite avsides från poolerna, men vi badade i havet och jag låg precis utanför i gräset på en solsäng och solade. Trafiken utanför störde inte oss. Var ett trevligt och fräscht rum samt toalett. Det enda att klaga på där var kylskåpet som kunde varit lite större. Trevligt hotellområde, lite som en miniby med gräs och träd samt hus här och där. Nära till stranden, bra med gratis solsängar där. God varierad mat under alla måltider, det vita vinet tyckte jag var bäst. Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vecka och vi återkommer gärna!

Tolles Hotel mit einem angenehmen Klima. Gesamtes Personal, von den Zimmermädchen, Küchen- Servicepersonal, Rezeptionisten bis hin zum tollen Animationsteam waren alle stets bemüht um die Wünsche der Gäste zu befridiegen. Sauberkeit auf höchsten Niveau, Essen ausgesprochen lecker. Man erreicht den Strand leicht durch eine Unterführung, Liegen sind immer verfügbar, Rhodos Altstadt ist in der Nähe. Das Animationsteam mit Lesslie an der Spitze macht den Aufenthalt einfach spitze!!! Absolut empfehlenswert ist Aqua Gymnastik am Vormittag, das muss man erlebt haben

We have just had an amazing 2 weeks staying at the Sol Cosmopolitan in Rhodes. First things first, when we arrived, the reception staff were brilliant, so kind and very helpful (which always helps when you've had a long flight) we were kindly taken to our room by a very polite young man who was full of fun ! From here on, this seems to have set the tone for the rest of our stay here. All the staff have honestly been amazing with a nice friendly smile in the morning and a quick hello, i really can't fault them. When I say all of the staff I mean all of the staff, from the cleaners, the dinning hall staff to the bar staff and the entertainment team. I'm a firm believer that it doesn't matter where you stay if the staff aren't happy then it reflects in their work but here that is not the case as they all seem very happy in what they are doing. The site itself is kept lovely and clean, and the staff work around the clock to keep it that way ! The food has been very good with a large choice of both Greek and international foods (all very tasty), certainly a lot better than what most all-inclusive hotels have to offer. Entertainment has been very good, run by Leslie and his team, who were all brilliant and very entertaining (my daughter Bethany loved them all, so did I but don't tell the wife as she'll think I've gone soft ! ). I have to say the acts on a night time were good fun too

The club is really beautiful and next to many interesting things (food, car locations…) You can book a massage, Iris and Valerios are really great and professionals. At the bar, you can taste Mikes’s mojitos, there are really good and Mikes is really kind !

On August 23rd, we returned from the Cosmopolitan Hotel. This was our second stay in two years. It's a very nice place and the people working there are wonderful. We'd like to thank Agapitos and Roula for their help and friendly service at the reception desk, as well as the wonderful team behind the bar, Mike and George, who always took care of our drinks. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 children aged 11 and 7 years. The 3 pool areas are very different - quiet pool is lovely (where we spent every day), main pool which is busy and has entertainment throughout the day and the pirate ship pool which was usually quiet. Sun beds are an issue. They are all reserved by 7am apart from the pirate ship area. If you are happy for an early start, this won’t be an issue for you. Food was good. Lots of choice and was really nice. Alcoholic drinks are local. If you want ‘premium cocktails’ (Aprolsprits, mojito, etc) you have to pay for those. Mike and George in the main bar do a great job! They always have great suggestions for days out or activities too. Entertainment staff work really hard. There is clearly a tight budget for external entertainment but Lesley and his team make up for that - full of energy and clearly love their jobs. All staff are very helpful and even a shout out to Sasha our cleaner who did a great job and was happy to work around our late rising children.

Sehr nette Anlage mit einem hervorragenden Team welche stets um einem bemüht sind . Reichhaltiges gutes und vielfältiges Essen täglich wechselnd und auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Nationen ausgelegt. Ein gutes Angebot an alkoholischen und nichtalkoholischen Geetränken so wie Kaffee, Tee ,Wasser. Ab 11 Uhr gibt's es Eis soviel man möchte Die Zimmer werden penibel und sehr gründlich gereinigt und Betten frisch bezogen . In der Anlage wird immer für sehr viel Sauberkeit und Ordnung gesorgt . Es gibt zwei Pools und einen Kinderbereich der richtig cool ist mit einem Piratenschiff . Zum Meer sind es keine 5 Minuten und die Sonnenuntergänge spektakulär. Es gibt ein Abendprogramm mit Bingo ,Karaoke ,griechischer Abend den ich sehr empfehle und diversen Shows . Kinderdisco und Schminken jeden Abend .Zu den Angestellten möchte ich sagen dass sie mir sehr daß Gefühl gegeben haben Willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Chefkellner mit seinem gesamten Team sowie die Menschen die unser Essen zubereitet haben . Die gesamte Rezeption und vor allem Agapitos, Roula, John. Der Hoteldirektor Panagiotis war immer sehr freundlich und hatte ein offenes Ohr und natürlich das gesamte Animationsteam rund um Leslie . Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel en geweldige entertaiment. He annimatieteam staat eke dag klaar om met energie de aqua gym te geven (vooral Leslie), ook organiseren ze verschillende wedstrijden voor zoals crazy darts, en als winaar krijg je een gratis Good-time international T-shirt. Leslie maakt zijn eigen muziek (zie foto voor Spotify) die van 10:00 tot 17:00 uur aanstaat bij het grote zwembad, naast het hoofdgbouw.

Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel en eten is heel behoorlijk, glutenvrij werd op aanvraag gemaakt en vegetarisch is prima te doen. We hadden bij aankomst een lekkende wastafel maar na melding was dit binnen een half uur gemaakt.

Hotel with a beautiful view, good food and very friendly staff. The hotel's entertainment team made the whole vacation brighter, a big thanks to Lessly, Simonoe, Luca, and all the girls, from Michelle and her children Mirella and George.

Lovely family hotel with friendly staff. Rooms very clean. A good range of food choices for all inclusive at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Entertainment during the day was superb. Leslie and the girls brought plenty of fun and energy to the aqua zumba, club dance, water polo and ping pong during the day. With up tempo music around the main pool which was very enjoyable. The second pool was quieter but equally as nice. The hotel was opposite the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. 10 euros in a taxi takes you to Rhodes Old Town, which is a must see. We would definitely return, had a great time.

Einfach alles perfekt! Das Personal, das Essen, das Zimmer alles super! Wie fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir werden definitiv wieder hin!
