Voyage entre amis, très bon établissement, propreté, service très bien , un grand merci à KIKi service du soir . Le resto piscine avec ses pizzas excellentes. Nourriture très bonne, beaucoup de choix. Dans l’ensemble un très bon séjour. Mer chaude,, manque juste un bar à la plage . Ne pas hésiter à visiter Rhodes magnifique.

First of all special to the manager panagiotis - Made our holiday extra special. Nothing was too much & made sure we were well looked after. Very professional and attentive. We were moved to room 517, after we had an issue with our first room. Good points: - Watching sunset each night - stunning - Very modern and clean - Comfortable beds - Powerful shower Good animation team!! - Brilliant Greek night with entertainment - Amazing pizza bar (made pizza without cheese for a cheese allergy ) - Good location to Rhodes old town - Plenty of sun bed availability - Good selection of drinks. worth paying for a premium cocktail too - We celebrated a birthday and got given a cake and wine. Very lovely touch. Suggestions: - Pool area needs some attention as quite dated. Maybe a Lick of paint and new sun beds -Lunch and dinner quite repetitive & if you are late a lot of food was gone. - Seating could be better organised, sometimes it was hard to find a table. - The beach could do with some facilities as no where to get a drink/ food. - Seating could be better for evening entertainment at pool bar. Overall fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend!!!

We went to Rhodes at the end of October for 10 night for a family holiday. We arrived at the hotel which was lovely and clean and bright. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a bellboy that took us to our room and wheeled our cases for us which was lovely. The room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the sea and beach (Very noisy though as we was above the shops and bars!) The restaurant was amazing did food to cater for everyone including 2 young children. The hotel grounds was clean and so lovely (pools were FREEZING but that's what you get for going in October) There was always activities at the pool side such as water polo and water zumba which we loved! They had a children's pirate ship splash pool which my children loved the water slides on there and the little children's park. The entertainment staff were so lovely and made felt like they genuinely loved their jobs and made an effort to talk to the children and always said good morning to everyone as they passed. I have to give a shout out to the staff at the hotel because nothing seemed like too much trouble - my daughter was sick all over the bedding late at night, when reported to reception they came and changed the bed which felt like it was no issue at all and they were super duper friendly. Thank you so much for making our holiday as amazing as it was!

The Sol cosmopolitan is located on the edge of Ixia next to the beach. General: 1. Clean - I can't express what an incredible job their domestic team do, I have never seen such a clean hotel! 2. Location - a 9 euro taxi ride (Oct. 2024) / 1 euro 80 cent bus fare (Oct. 2024) / 1 hour leisurely stroll to Rhodes town. There is a taxi rank and bus stop just outside the hotel. A few shops, bars and tavernas on it's doorstep, the main resort of Ixia is about a 15 min stroll down the beach. 3. Welcoming. We arrived at 1am due to a flight delay and they had kept some food for us and could not be more helpful. Reception staff very friendly, even helped us out with a late checkout for free (it was the last day of the season, normally 7 euros per hour apparently) Food: Breakfast: Epic. So much choice, the lady poaching eggs / making eggs benedict every morning being my highlight. No real cereal (just cornflakes and muesli), but I don't think cereal is very Greek? If you are cereal mad, there is a big supermarket in the main resort of Ixia. Lunch: Fine. A good selection, something for everyone. Dinner: Good. Lots of choice from the obligatory English-friendly garbage (chips, chips, chips!) to nice Greek offerings like stuffed peppers, fish and grilled meats, Italian bits like fresh pasta and some fantastic salads. A theatre station each night offering grilled meats and another offering something a bit different. Snacks: The best snack selection at the pool bar we have ever seen on an AI holiday. Fresh made pizza in a pizza oven constantly being produced from 12-5 every day as well as salads and 6 cooked items. Facilities: The hotel facilities are fine. The pool was nice (very clean and well maintained) but so cold it is essentially unusable, it was however the last week in October so I assume it would be much warmer in the summer. The sea was just as convenient and much warmer, so no problem! The bars are very clean and well staffed, we're not big drinkers but the beer was nice, the AI cocktail list extensive. I expect if you are on holiday to get pickled for a week you would find something to complain about but honestly I thought it was pretty good. The entertainment team for the kids were working hard with a very small audience but I saw them really pulling out the stops even if our kids were not interested..... Rooms: We had a SOL Xtra family room. It was spacious and had good furniture. Did not like the two double beds (would have been better of the sofa bed had been a twin for the kids. Very limited TV channels, all news, but we just ran the laptop though the HDMI port - bring your own cable! Overall though it was clean, comfy and quiet.

Le personnel notamment celui du bar est très serviable et également ceux qui assurent l'animation et la réservation des activités. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute des besoins des clients. Je recommande cet hôtel très très bien.

Hôtel très agréable, propre et bien situé. L'équipe est très souriante et disponible. L'hôtel est propre, le buffet copieux et varié, je recommande cet établissement. Formule all inclusive propose un choix varié de cocktails. Merci encore à l'équipe ô club pour l'animation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sol Cosmopolitan ! L'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont impeccables avec une belle vue sur mer et, en plus des piscines, la plage est juste en face. Tout le personnel est vraiment charmant, que ce soit à la réception, au spa ou au restaurant. Et le barman Mikes propose de délicieux cocktails le soir !

I have to say ! What a gem of a hotel ! After a bad experience last year in falaraki didn’t go with high expectations! But I have to say LOVED it ! Staff were very helpful right from the time we arrived! Room was lovely ! Cleaned everyday ! Food was always nice ! Different theme every night ! Pool bar did fabulous pizzas during the day ! The location was fab ! Could even walk to Rhodes town in about an hour !! The hotel itself and grounds were always kept clean and tidy ! Only little thing was pool was soooo cold but not sure if that was due to end of season ! But would definitely recommend and return !! Keep up the good work guys !

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. Food and pizza was the best. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel. Location to the medieval city and old town is very close, taxis, buses or hire a car. With traffic only about 10 minutes to get there. We effeminately will go back to this hotel.

What an amazing place to go with your family. Great for kids and parents. The staff are wonderful ,we experienced very good service throughout our stay. Food was varied enough , fresh and tasty. The pools are great ,always get a sunbed. Overall, an excellent hotel.

I recently spent two weeks at this hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotless, showing that they take cleanliness seriously, which added to my comfort during the stay. The location is ideal—close to everything you’d need and want to explore. The beautiful weather made it even better! One downside, however, was the gym. While there is a fitness area, the equipment is limited and not suitable for a full workout for adults. If the gym were better equipped, it would truly elevate the experience. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel for its many positives, and I hope they consider enhancing the gym in the future.

Fabulous holiday. Hotel was perfectly located, 10 min by bus or taxi to Rhodes town. You can do as much or as little as you like. Food was lovely, always something new to try. Staff are a credit to this hotel, hard working but always with a smile on their faces. We were initially given a room over looking the main road but was too noisy for us, changed room no problem after first night A big thanks to the animation team especially Filippo, Natasja and George for making sure my kids had a special holiday

Just come home from a week at this lovely resort (October 21-28). The staff are all amazing and anytime we needed any help they were really helpful and sorted everything straight away! The food is good and what you expect of all inclusive buffet style! The pool bar serves fresh pizzas daily between 12-4 and this was a highlight for us! We stayed in a room with sliding doors (room 83) which was perfect for us, great location close to pool bar and swimming pools. The road noise didn’t bother us at all however on the Friday night we were kept awake until 4.30am by Yannis Bar, the music was incredibly loud and with 2 young children it wasn’t ideal. We went to reception First thing and they moved us within a few hours to the main building for our final 2 nights. I didn’t want to risk being up again.. I was surprised the local bar was allowed to be open that late and the music base was excessive! The staff at the hotel dealt with this amazingly for us and we had no further issues! Anna’s bar on the beach just across from the hotel did the most amazing gyros and she was so friendly! Highly recommend There is a taxi rank opposite the hotel too, making it really easy to get to Rhodes old town!! Less that 10 minute journey and very cheap :) Pools were freezing however the kids managed to somehow play in the shallow pool for a few hours! The sea was much warmer and we went there for some of the days!! You are allowed to take food and drink from the hotel to the beach too! Airport only took 17 minutes from The hotel too Everything seemed to be shutting down around our hotel, some of the bars and restaurants in ixia were closing down for winter too (despite it being October half term for the uk) Overall a lovely week and worth the money :)

Fantastic food with a great range of options including vegetarian. Consistently good through the 7 days holiday. Rooms and hotel was always very clean and the staff were very helpful. A broad range of facilities that would accomodate all types of people….. pools were on the cool side but only to be expected at this time of year.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im Sol Cosmopolitan Hotel! Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Der Poolbereich ist ein echtes Highlight – genug Liegen und tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen im Hotel war fantastisch! Sowohl das Buffet als auch die à-la-carte-Gerichte haben überzeugt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage des Hotels – direkt am Strand und nah an Rhodos-Stadt, aber dennoch ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub auf Rhodos verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Hotel was a short taxi from the airport, also when getting into Rhodes town. The room s were spacious enough, TV and fridge in each room with shower. You had to pay for a safe. They were kept clean on a regular basis. Very much a family hotel, with kids club, entertainment by the pool. A mix of nationalities staying at the hotel. A wide choice of food available throughout the day, restaurant for main meals, but very busy at nightime. The pool bar was popular for food and drinks during the day. My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Reception staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. Our room was better than we expected (upgraded to a superior sea view, which was beautiful). The all-inclusive element was applied generously, with food available for the most part of 0700-2130 and drink available 1000-2300 (bar open until 0000 with payment). The selection of food and drink was excellent, and as observed in other reviews, the pizza from the pool bar was amazing. The pool was clean, but chilly (ok once you re submerged!). Plenty of sunbeds, although you had the usual characters setting their alarms to go down while it was still dark to reserve them. A special mention for Filippo from the animation team, he was very friendly and enthusiastic, and his positive energy during aqua-zumba really made our holiday! We have just returned from a 12 night stay with our two young sons. We were delighted with the hotel. We had a family room with sea views and close to the pool. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and comfortable. The food was amazing with lots of variety. Our boys absolutely loved the mini disco and quickly learnt the actions to the songs which are still being recited back home!! Can’t get the club anthem sing 54321 out of our heads! Special mention to the entertainment team in particular Natasha Philippo and George who were amazing and very patient with the kids. Also a mention to the pizza man for the best pizzas we have ever tasted. Thanks to all the hard working friendly staff and enjoy your break in a couple of weeks time. The only slight criticism as I have seen mentioned the dining room was on occasions like a cattle market but this generally was down to the rudeness of other guests. On a couple of occasions we had to wait for a table and it made me wonder what this would have been like in high season. Thanks for giving our family an amazing holiday and creating amazing memories.
