Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό, οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ικανοί να απορροφήσουν τον μεγάλο αριθμό επισκεπτών, τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και προσεγμένα και βέβαια το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό κατέβαλλε κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την ικανοποίηση και την διευκόλυνση των επισκεπτών. Το ξενοδοχείο μάλιστα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, εντός του οικισμού της Αγίας Μαρίνας, κοντά στο κέντρο των Χανίων, ενώ διαθέτει μία καταπληκτική παραλία με άμμο. Ανυπομονούμε να σας ξανάρθουμε.

Cet hôtel n'existe malheureusement plus depuis 2 ans. Il est encore mentionné sur plusieurs sites, ce serait bien que les sites soient à jour. Nous y sommes allsq pendant plus de dix ans et nous regrettons cet hôtel et son personnel. J'ai ajouté une date, puisque c'est obligatoire, qui bien sûr n'est pas exacte puisque l'hotel est fermé depuis 2022

they were very nice staff who cared and always did their best for the guests. Also very clean and safe have forgotten many things which I then got back when jah asked about them, also very good location for everything. very satisfied with my visit and will definitely come back and visit this hotel

Unglaublich freundliche Angestellte. Das Restaurant auch super. Es war das ei zige Restaurant in ganz Omodos wo es abends noch was gab. Sehr lecker. Frühstück auch ok. Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Danke vor allem an den Herrn aus Nepal. Selten so zuvorkommend behandelt worden. - - Im Zimmer hat sich immer irgendwas eingeschaltet was wirklich störend war. Aber sonst alles gut. -

The breakfast was amazing! We were given a traditional Greek breakfast and it was great value for money.

-Camera foarte confortabila 5/5 -Macarea diversificata 4/5 - - -Bautura dezastru - cea mai ieftina posibilă, nediversificata , de fapt nu putea fi băută : nota 1/5 -Baia : robinetele de la cada + chiuveta mergeau greu , ușa scârțâia tare și se închidea greu 3/5 -

Poziția hotelului, mâncarea multă și diversificata. - - Tacâmurile și păhărele nu erau curate -

O vacanta reusita cu un personal al hotelului exemplar. Am fost cazati la Helena Sands ceea ce nu ne-a displacut, ba din contra. Voi incepe mai intai cu aspectele pozitive iar cele negative, desi sunt putine, le voi evidentia. Loc de parcare pazit in spatele hotelului, camerele foarte curate, spatioase, balcon cu vedere la mare. Mancarea este extrem de variata si gustoasa fata de alte hoteluri bulgaresti, chiar si pentru fetita noastra de 1 an am avut tot timpul ce sa-i alegem. Curatenie zilnica, prosoape schimbate de asemenea in fiecare zi. Piscina foarte curata cu locuri suficiente la sezlonguri, cel putin in perioada in care noi am fost cazati(inceput de Septembrie). Am fost ajutati cu caratul bagajelor atat la sosire cat si la plecare. Plaja situata chiar langa hotel, foarte curata iar intrarea in mare este foarte lina. In concluzie, cred ca vom mai reveni. Ca si sfat, cred ca managerii ar trebuie sa mai lucreze putin la conceptul de Ultra All inclusive sau sa il schimbe in All inclusive. - - Nu m-au deranjat, doar le voi evidentia: - nu au bar free pe plaja; - cafeaua diluata(ca peste tot in Bulgaria), toate bauturile incluse erau locale, niciuna de import; - barul de la piscina era doar cu plata; - lipsa totala de animatie; - as fi preferat ca piscina copiilor sa fie apropiata de cea pentru adulti. Era destul de izolata si amenajata superficial; - departe de centru. -

Die Gestaltung hat mir sehr gefallen, der Eingangsbereich war super entspannt gestaltet. Auch die täglichen Volleyball Einheiten mit dem Animateur haben uns sehr gefallen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit.
