The hotel is right on the beach and is very peaceful and relaxing, perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and secluded getaway. However, if you’re looking for more things to do around the hotel, it might feel a little boring, as there isn’t much around. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The food is excellent — breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good. They are also very flexible with both meal times and requests to modify dishes. The only downside is that the service can be a little slow, but honestly, when you’re on holiday, it’s quite acceptable. The room was beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated with a lovely local touch. - - A few things could be improved: the Wi-Fi is very slow, especially in the evening, and unfortunately the beach was not really accessible because of the large amount of seaweed. We also organised an excursion through the hotel which wasn’t managed in the best way, although the hotel later offered us a discount to make up for it. -

Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer aangename sfeer! We voelden ons direct thuis bij die mensen. Ze proberen aan de verwachtingen of vragen te voldoen. Doen echt hun best om jou als gast tevreden te stellen. Zeer aangenaam gevoel!!! - - het strand is niet aangenaam om te zwemmen omwille van heel veel kleine bootjes en ook de zeewier die uit het water kwam. Maar je kan in een zwembad genieten van de idyllische zeezicht! -

The staff made this hotel stand out. They kept saying, Everything is possible, and they meant it! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I want to commend Rashid, Stella, Masoud, and Hallelujah for their outstanding service in the restaurant and bar. The cocktails and snacks were excellent, and we loved sitting in the beautiful terrace bar where we could look out at the ocean. We found it a great place to get work done! (We were traveling for work.) The food was excellent. We did not agree with the reviewer who said that the portions were small -- far from it! We had more than enough food, especially during breakfasts. We also did not experience shortages of butter or beer. The cottages were large and tastefully decorated. We particularly loved the hanging swing lounger on the verandas of our cottage. We thought the housekeeping staff did a very nice job of tidying up our room each day, as well as providing turn-down service in the evenings. Christina and Philomon at the reception were always friendly and helpful. Finally, I want to acknowledge excellent spa service. - - The hotel was undergoing some renovation while we were there, so there was quite a bit of noise during the day. However, the workers didn t start until everyone was awake, so it was not very disturbing in the end. The hotel is more rustic than some travelers might like, but we found that was part of its charm. The only thing that I didn t love were the hustlers on the beach. Whenever we tried to walk on the beach, we were inundated by people trying to sell us things. That said, everyone has to make a living, so we were able to politely decline and were then left alone. -

The accommodation was lovely, peaceful and relaxing, no noise, no stress, it was exactly what was needed to just switch off and enjoy the island getaway. We loved it. - - The only down fall to the hotel was the variety of food choices. Was very limited. -

Très bel hôtel au milieu de la végétation avec 2 belles piscines. Notre lodge était aussi parfait (sur la plage). Personnel aux petits soins et très souriants. Très bons restaurant et cocktails ! Les vues sur la petite plage et la mer sont magnifiques. - - À savoir qu’il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel pour aller à pied dans un restaurant, faire du shopping ou prendre un verre. Pas possible donc par exemple d’aller déjeuner ailleurs qu’au restaurant de l’hôtel. Petite déception aussi sur les massages que nous avions réservés plusieurs jours à l’avance mais la personne n’avait pas prévenu et n’est pas venue finalement. -

Also für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Einfach nur toll und super entspannt. Das Personal wahr super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und ein nettes Wort. Die ganzen negativen Bewertungen bezüglich Strand, WLAN etc. konnten wir leider nicht nachvollziehen, da das Hotel hiermit nichts zu tun hat sonder es sich um ein öffentlichen Stand handelt den das Personal sogar jeden Morgen von Seegras und Müll befreit. Das Internet sowie der Strom fällt zwar zwischendurch aus, dass ist dann aber in allen anderen Hotels auch so. Wir waren voll zufrieden und würden direkt wieder buchen! Das Essen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels immer Top! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits der Touristen Hot Spots gelegen. Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und sauber, auch die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. - - -
