The breakfast was nice, with various, well made dishes and picking of fruits. The staff was also great, with a friendly and helpful boss, Mr George! - Nothing

Tanzania is the 70th country I visit, and I am glad I started my visit with a few nights at this hotel. The bungalow was amazingly nice. The hotel layout is beautiful, warm yet gives enough privacy. Management and team are superb. George, the General Manager, a lot of credit goes to as the atmosphere is very nice, Ashraf, head of F&B, is excellent, Sophia, therapist at Spa, is among the best I have had a massage from, and many other excellent staff such as Carla, Neema, Rachidi, and others at reception and restaurant whom I interacted with, but unfortunately I cannot recall their names. The restaurant is also excellent. I only ate there. One evening they had a live band and it was very nice too. They can arrange good excursions, I did the snorkeling one and I enjoyed it. It was my first time snorkeling. They arranged airport pick up and drop off. All in all, a beautiful stay and if I visit Zanzibar again, then I will definitely stay at this boutique hotel.

What we loved - fingerlicking food with local & international dishes (we‘ve been to Italy this year, but pasta in Sevi was definitely way better :) ) - small hotel with only 13 bungalows - extremely spacious bungalows with super comfy beds - nice infinity Pool overlooking the turquoise sea - our Daily conversations with our hotel Manager George! 100% recommendation!

We recently stayed for 4 nights following a safari in the Selous. We were mostly after rest and relaxation and this place was great for that. Our room and a lovely ocean view, and a lovely, large deck to relax on. The pools were nice and we enjoyed the food. We had some great massages with Sophia and the Egyptian food and beverage manager was really awesome - he deserves a special mention. We had a few issues upon check in but they worked everything out.

Bed - Breakfast is ok but not stunning. The pools are painted and they are not as nice as others. When checked out there was a mistake with the bill and it was really bas managed by the recepcionist almost saying that we were wrong. Always the bill has to be checked before the ckeck out. The F&B manager was caring about us.
