Star Beach was a great Family resort, the pools, splash zones and water slides were brilliant. Always some form of entertainment on too. Drinks were a bit samey after a few days - only a few cocktails to choose from. The food was best at the Cretian bbq restaurant but the pool bar had some great noodles during the day where you could choose your meat/veg and flavourings and they were cooked in front of you. The beaches were great, some lovely coves too. Rooms were basic but were cleaned well every day. Overall a great holiday

This was a fantastic holiday with me and my family ! The rooms were modern and spacious with very comfortable beds. There were 3 restaurants - they all had lots of food to choose from and something for everyone also very delicious. The bars were amazing freshly serving drinks and food such as fries , icecream , crepes , waffles , salads , hotdogs and more. Pools were lovely and there were lots of pool beds. Loved the slides overlooking the stunning beach with clear blue sea. Entertainment was very good with dancing , music , magic shows and more - never left bored. Finally we were taken to our room on a golf cart and thankfully not left to find it ourselves. Loved this place !!!

Un beau et grand complexe. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le service est au top. Le personnel est à l’écoute et attentionné. On avait demandé à changer de chambre et ils nous l’ont changé le jour même selon les disponibilités évidemment. On y trouve plusieurs piscines et toboggans, le bonheur des enfants. Il y a même une plage privée. L’hôtel propose plusieurs activités, massage, bateau avec les bouées et parachute. Il y a une salle de sport avec des cours toute la journée. Il y a 3 restaurants différents et plusieurs snack bar. On y mange bien, un bar à salade grandiose, de la viande, du poisson le tout grillé sur la plancha devant vous. Il y a du choix et pour tous les goûts meme pour ceux qui sont vegans. Tous les soirs il y avait une animation, spectacle de magie, de danse etc… On en a bien profité et on s’est bien amusé. We arrived on the 24th of October and stayed 1 week. It was right at the end of the season. It was lovely and quiet, and the weather was fabulous. The bad things about the hotel were- 1) When you had your air con on in your room, you could smell cigarette smoke from other people smoking. 2) There was staff driving around in golf carts taking guests from A to B, but they were driving erratic and far too fast with young children walking around. 3) There were also no life guards on duty the whole time I was around the pools or at the beach. I would have liked to have seen someone around. Overall, it was a great holiday and really nice food.

Le all inclusive est vraiment parfait - le personnel est serviable parle très bien anglais voir même un peu français - nourriture variée et préparée maison très qualitative - accès à 4 plages différentes petites mais avec rochers pour le snorking - piscines non chauffées mais très propres et tellement variées qu’en novembre vous ne cherchez pas de transat il y en a toujours- spectacle pour enfants corrects le soir - activités nombreuses - - Chambre grande et bien équipée mais donnant sur le bar principal bruyant jusqu’à 12h - pas d’excursions organisées par l’hôtel - sinon rue. Amazing stay

Mycket bra hotell, bra service och närhet till allt. Bra med utbud av maten på restaurangen, jätte god mat. Finns 3 fräscha restauranger. Varje dag fm och kväll aktiviteter för barn, samt olika shower varje kväll för gästerna. Bra och fräscha rum och bra med rumstädning varje dag. Vill man ha något som har allt så är detta hotell det perfekta för både barnfamiljer och par. Så trevlig personal och hjälpsamma. Finns verkligen inget att klaga på. Vi har besökt detta hotell 3 gånger nu och vi älskar verkligen detta hotell, bra med olika pooler och nära till stranden. Längtar redan tillbaka

The food was amazing I was there for my 60th birthday and.booked into the Asian restaurant it was amazing had a superb time - I didn't like the idea of being In the Annexthe building away from the hotel across a very busy road and the fire alarm went off at 0445 am nobody seem to know what was happening as we were not part of the hotel there were no staff on site

This was our first family holiday aboard..my youngest Granddaughter had never flown before so was very excited.. Our trip was with Jet2 who were excellent & looked after us.. We arrived at hotel Star Beach Village early hours of Sunday morning..our check in was exceptional quick & they had laid on a cold buffet for us.. After a good night's rest we went to breakfast all 7 of us the staff were welcoming & found us a table..then the choices began...omg what a choice there was from cooked to fruit to toast to omelette pastries & Granddaughters loved bacon waffles Nutella & fruit each morning. The hotel is very spread out rooms on one side of not to busy road & all the waterparks swimming pools beach bars & sunbeds the other...so much choice of sunbeds so no getting up at 6am to put towels on...our little one loved her slide in small pool must have gone up & down over 100 times a day..the beach was lovely very safe and again sunbeds umbrellas FOC..the pool bars were clean food exceptional with choice of Toasties Pizza Chips Salad Bar & a Noodle Bar...this was defo a favourite..Pick bowl of Noodles choose meat seafood vegetables then put sauces of choice on then the lovely man woked it omg delicious all so fresh & spotlessly clean. Entertainment area was a bit disappointing but some good acts again kids Entertainment only lasted half hour which was good & enjoyed each night by our 6yr old. Considering the hotel is nearly at the end of its season the staff were excellent & maid service was great clean towels every day clean sheets twice in weeks stay. We all sat round on night & found it very difficult to find any faults..the only one was the Entertainment area which was outside & very packed as right near a pool but quite honestly would highly recommend this hotel for Couples as lovely quiet areas with big double sunbeds..Great for families with mixed age groups we were 6 to 75 & all loved it..so thanks Star Beach Village for making our 2023 holiday in Crete a great success we will be back xx
