Evening relaxation by the pool became especially pleasant for us thanks to the waiter, Denys. He is always attentive to guests, serves quickly and with a smile, and knows how to suggest an interesting cocktail or recommend something from the menu. You can feel his sincerity and desire to make the evening comfortable. It’s a real pleasure to encounter this level of service — Denys is a true professional, and thanks to him we returned to the bar with pleasure every time.

In the evenings we often spent time at the pool bar, and we especially want to highlight the waiter Denis. He was always friendly, attentive, and professional. Thanks to him, the atmosphere was very pleasant: fast service, sincere recommendations about drinks, a smile, and the feeling that guests are truly welcome. Denis made our evenings by the pool special it’s people like him who create genuine hotel service.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, incredible food offered in all restaurants, all Staff extremely helpful. Fantastic offering of gym and wellness facilities. - Only small feedback is that there isn’t much to do in the evenings outside of restaurants

Obsługa bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna, dużo personelu, nie trzeba na nic czekać. Jedzenie różnorodne i na ogół smaczne, kelner przy każdym stoliku dostarcza napoje. 3 restauracje tematyczne, jedna rezerwacja w cenie przy pobycie powyżej 3 nocy. Hotel znajduje się na zboczu skały, co sprawia że każdy pokój ma widok na morze. Jest wyznaczone zejście do niewielkiej, ale urokliwej publicznej plaży. 2 baseny z osobnymi barami na różnych kondygnacjach sprawiają, że nie odczuwa się dużej ilości gości. W cenie można dowolnie korzystać z kortów do tenisa i padla. Dobre SPA. Hotel świeżo po remoncie w stylu japandi. - - Nie wszystkie dania są smaczne i nie ma gotowania na żywo z personalizacją (widzimy jak kucharze gotują, ale nie zbierają zamówień tylko gotują do bemarów). Po lunchu do kolacji przez 4 godziny jesteśmy zdani na zimne przekąski w barze (oprócz naleśników i gofrów serwowanych tylko nad górnym basenem). Część koktajli jest za dopłatą, np. Aperol Spritz. W ramach All Inclusive mamy proste drinki z napojami z gumowego węża. Nie ma wieczornych imprez tanecznych, jedynie 2 godziny występów kulturowych lub spokojna muzyka na żywo, raczej się nie zabawicie. -

I would like to thank the waiter Denis from the pool bar for the excellent service! He is always smiling, attentive to guests and responds very quickly to orders. Thanks to his friendliness and professionalism, the vacation became even more enjoyable. It is nice when the staff creates such a friendly atmosphere - you immediately want to come back again.

Having spent two weeks at Sea Side, my husband and I were both very impressed. We had a sea view room and the views were really pretty spectacular. The setting and grounds are really special. Everybody that I interacted with from the hotel team was lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Kostantina, Denys, Stella, Nikoleta, David, Dimitris and Filipos are a few of the names I wrote down but there were more! Pool areas were very nice as well with plenty of loungers available. Even though it was full, we could easily get loungers at any time of day. Food was very good. I generally don’t particularly like buffets but this one was great. Loads of choice and variation. Quality was very good too. The desserts were beautifully presented as well. The a la cartes were also very good and we had six visits included as we were staying two weeks. We visited each twice. Important to know that you do pay for alcohol in these restaurants, but the wine selection was good and not unreasonably priced. Also they book up quickly - you reserve a table via the hotel app you download when you arrive. Location was great - short walk down to a nice beach with good snorkelling and an excellent taverna (Vasilis). Walking to Agia Pelagia took half an hour or so. I’d say the room was fine - comfortable enough but I didn’t find it anything special. We didn’t spend much time in it so it did the job and was kept very clean. The only area that would have really improved my stay is around the smoking policy, which I felt was overly relaxed in pool and outdoor bar areas. I would have liked to see designated smoking areas. Would definitely stay again.

Service und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist unglaublich! Zimmer und Hotelanlage sind wunderschön und sauber. Essen ist in jedem Restaurant mega, besonders die Desserts. - - Auswahl an antialkoholischen Getränken könnte etwas größer sein, evtl. mehr selbst gemachte Limonaden/Eistees/Säfte. -

A good hotel with the best part being the food. The all inclusive buffet was excellent on the whole and the staff in the buffet were brilliant. The staff in general including the reception and pool bar again were brilliant, professional and friendly . Not so smiley guy on check out but it was 5.30am so will give him the benefit of the doubt ,but not so much as a goodbye or did you enjoy your stay ! We stayed in a partial sea view room ( one of the cheaper ones) and the room was nice and view was amazing . The views of the ocean from the hotel are stunning . The rooms are cleaned daily and the house keeping staff again are brilliant . Can’t really comment on the standard of drinks as only had a couple of alcoholic drinks but what we had was fine . I would have liked at least a couple of soft drinks in room fridge each day not just water . The only issue I had was the umbrellas by the pool , looked nice but offered no shade at all . Other than that a good holiday for the price .

Das Resort war traumhaft. Wunderschöne Anlage. Grosszügige Pools, schöne Gehwege etc. - - Wir mussten leider sehr lange auf unser Zimmer warten. Wir haben extra im Voraus mitgeteilt, dass wir schon um 11.30 ankommen, mussten dann doch bis 14.00 warten für unser Zimmer. Dies fanden wir ein bisschen schade. -

The staff were so helpful and moved us to a different location when we weren’t happy with the room. - we had a room with a pool which was not only overlooked from above, but also had other guests walking past the whole time so there was no privacy.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Seaside A Lifestyle. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit überaus bemüht und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Essen war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Es gab bei allen drei täglichen Buffets (Frühstück, Lunch, Dinner) viel Auswahl, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen – absolute Empfehlung! - - Leider gab es keinen privaten, sondern nur einen öffentlichen Strand, an dem man für Liegen und Schirme eine Mietgebühr bezahlen musste. -

Einfach alles! Der Ausblick ist Traum das Essen war absolut Top! Es war das schönste Hotel in dem wir je waren! Aber was das beste am Hotel war das Personal! Jeder war Unfassbar Freundlich vom Gärtner bis zum Kellner - - Nichts! Alles war perfekt! -

This was our first visit to Crete and having stayed in numerous 5 star hotels this is certainly among the best. It’s a stunning hotel in a beautiful location and the food is probably the best we have experienced. We had a room with its own pool overlooking the sea and it’s probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The Hotel is huge and is set out over a large cliff overlooking the bay. As such there are a lot of steps but there’s also a good walk down to a couple of beaches. The nearest resort is supposed to be just 30 mins walk away but that turns out to be a relatively long way in the August heat. Whilst the Hotel is definitely 5 star we did however find the drinks experience more like 3 star. The AI package is very limited and all you get in the minibar is 2 bottles of water per day. The biggest frustration however was trying to get served at the main bar in the evening. The Hotel seems to pride itself on a waiter service but unfortunately they only have one waiter on service and as such you can end up waiting 10/15 mins to be served. We only went 3 times and walked out on each occasion without being served. After the first occasion I put a comment on the Hotel app with a 7 out of 10 score-the following evening we were met at the restaurant(where you have to give your room number)by a member of the management team to ask us why we had given a low score. All a bit strange and a bit embarrassing for us. For reference the pool bar at the bottom of the hotel has an excellent drinks service and has a stunning view over the bay. Quick points; Although we arrived late at night there is a cold buffet available in the restaurant. Free pool towels and you can change them as often as you like. Very good air con in the bedrooms but not particularly in the public areas. Salt water pools. Excellent room cleaning service-in fact we found the room/pool cleaners to be the most pleasant out of all the staff. Couldn’t get a late check out room and for some very strange reason they don’t let you know whether you have one or not until the actual morning of check out-therefore leaving you just 2 hours to clear your room. Whilst the Hotel has a couple of minor issues we would definitely go back and had a wonderful holiday.
