This is by far the best all-inclusive hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are incredible and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. Amongst our favourite things, there was: 1) Excellent food all around, especially as far as all-inclusive goes. There is a main restaurant as well as several à la carte options which were also fab. Fresh crepes / waffles available at the pool bar as well as all-day snacks in case you get peckish. We were really impressed with the quality of the food overall, and during a 2-week stay we never really got bored 2) Service / hospitality - everyone from the reception, guest services, housekeeping, bar staff to restaurant servers (shout out to Mara and Razvan, the best duo in the main restaurant!) were so warm, attentive and friendly, they even had all our drinks orders memorised! Thank you for making our trip even more special. 3) Facilities - room was excellent, we were staying in the cape suite so we had our own pool and sun beds, but other guests said that it was always possible to find sunbeds in the other pools. The spa treatments were wonderful and the gym was amazing, very well equipped. We really enjoyed taking fitness classes with Theofilos and had a wonderful private padel class with Vasilis - highly recommend both of these! Thank you for an unforgettable trip, we hope to be back soon! - - Not a negative point but just something to be mindful of for future guests (in case of accessibility / mobility issues) - as the resort is on a cliff, there are a fair amount of stairs / hills, depending on where your room is. For us this was not an issue, but again, something to be aware of and perhaps to enquire about in advance if you need assistance :) -

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed our holiday very much. This was actually our second time staying here, which says a lot about how much we liked the hotel the first time. We were happy to see how few things had improved over the past year. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. There was a good variety of dishes, everything was tasty, and this year we noticed a much better selection of seafood. There was definitely more seafood than during our previous stay, which was a very pleasant improvement. All the staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We always felt well taken care of, and the service was one of the things that made our stay so enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also loved the thoughtful welcome touches, receiving wine and sweets as a compliment was such a nice gesture and made us feel welcomed. Another improvement we noticed this year was the internet. During our previous stay, the connection could have been better, but this time it was noticeably faster and more reliable, which was great. - - There is only one thing I would like to mention as constructive feedback. The hotel offers an early breakfast. We used this option twice, both times at 6:30 a.m. Once because we were going to Santorini for the day and once on our departure day. Unfortunately, the early breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection consisted mainly of several types of cereal with nuts, one type of cold cuts, very salty cheese, one type of bread and a small amount of fruit. Coffee was also supposed to be available, but on both occasions nobody came to offer us coffee, even though the lady setting the tables told us that someone would come shortly. However, I did not deduct any points from our overall rating because the rest of our experience was excellent. We simply hope the hotel will take this feedback into consideration. Perhaps it would be better either not to offer an early breakfast in its current form, or to improve it by adding ready-made sandwiches, boiled eggs and a couple of types of pastries. Even a small improvement in the early breakfast selection would make a big difference for guests who have to leave before the regular breakfast starts. I added photos of early breakfast -

The staff was super accommodating and made you felt completely taken care of. We were given a room upgrade and did not have to lift a finger our whole stay. - - The only complaint I would have is that the music played after dinner is quite loud and goes till 10-11. -

Overall, we would rate our experience very highly. The hotel offers much more than a comfortable room-it provides a complete resort experience where the accommodation, pools, food, drinks and relaxation areas all work together beautifully. We were kindly upgraded to a room connected to a smaller shared pool. It was not a completely private pool, but it was shared between only a limited number of rooms, which made it feel much more peaceful and exclusive than the main pool areas. Having direct access from the room was a wonderful addition, especially in the morning or later in the afternoon when we wanted to swim and relax without going to the busier parts of the resort. The upgrade genuinely elevated our stay. The hotel also has two main swimming pools, each with a different atmosphere. One is larger and livelier, while the other is smaller and more intimate. Both pools are beautiful, well integrated into the resort and have their own bars, so drinks and refreshments are always easily accessible. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, it was very convenient to be able to order what we wanted throughout the day without constantly thinking about additional charges. The lower pool was probably the most distinctive. It provides access to a very unique and secluded relaxation area where guests can step away from the more active parts of the resort, sit quietly and completely switch off. It feels like a hidden retreat within the hotel-an ideal place to enjoy the surroundings, relax in silence and disconnect from everything. The upper pool has a different character. It is conveniently located near the hotel entrance and close to the massage and wellness area, making it easily accessible when arriving at the resort or combining a pool day with a treatment. This part of the hotel feels more connected to the central facilities while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. - - -

SHORT VERSION: Sense of luxury deffo damaged by bad drinks. LONG VERSION: Seaside achieves many of the things you expect from a 5* resort, but how much you ultimately enjoy it is dependant on your priorities. The HIGHS: The staff are delightful. The view is knockout. The walkways and planting are perfect. The place is stylish. It’s spotlessly clean. It’s relaxed and peaceful. It has more than one pool. Good quality sun loungers. The bedrooms are modern. The soaps and body lotions are lovely. The spa treatments are good. The fresh towels are plentiful. BUT: For me, the problem is the all inclusive drinks. Every single time I ordered a drink the sense of luxury was punctured. At the pool bar your drink comes in ugly white plastic cups that feel designed for a kids party. The cocktails are mostly all premixed. Most are tooth-curdlingly sweet and don’t pop with fresh flavour. Let’s face it, for some of us at a five star resort, part of the holiday fun is a bit of day drinking by the pool. But every time I ordered I was underwhelmed. (We tried several cocktail options, but none hit the mark, others were undrinkable). Prosecco tasted cheap, and the all inclusive wine was drinkable only when chilled with enough ice to take the edge off. You’re getting the picture… the sense of luxury gets repeatedly undermined. The beer was ok and became the safe option. The food in the main buffet, which you will eat for breakfasts, lunches and most dinners is tasty across the board. Of course, by its nature it’s casual dinning. (There’s a big fresh pizza oven that is worth indulging in!) The overall buffet selection is huge and the dessert options are truely indulgent 5* stuff. On a 7 night stay, you can eat once at each of the three other hotel restaurants. At these, you have to buy your own alcohol. (Odd in itself maybe?). And you guessed it - the wine you pay extra for is mostly delicious. It again highlights the level of plonk you’ll be drinking the rest of the time. This better wine couldn’t be purchased outside the fancy restaurants, we were told. The food in these three restaurants is generally very very good. Portions are small but it’s well executed. The sushi was a highlight. So too was a pistachio pesto. I suppose what I’m saying is, given most of your week will be spent eating buffet food, and drinking the all inclusive alcohol, you could find it leaves your 5* experience feeling flat. Had I being staying in a cheaper hotel, at a lower star, it would certainly not have bothered me so much. But, I wasn’t. And I’m afraid it did. Repeatedly. Obviously this all only applies if food and drink are part of your holiday priorities. For us they are. We struggled a bit on that front at this (albeit) gorgeous looking hotel. So in short, you get what you pay for. This is at the lower end (price wise) of five star. So you’re not getting a bargain, you get what you pay for.

Είχαμε δωμάτιο swip up και παρόλο που ερχόταν συχνά άτομο με αναψυκτικά θα θέλαμε να είχαμε και τη δυνατότητα room service all inclusive για σνακ και ποτά από το μπαρ που ήταν λίγο μακριά και έπρεπε να πηγαίνουμε να παίρνουμε εμείς. -

Все было замечательно - от встречи на ресепшене до всего времени пребывания. Нам не хотелось покидать территорию, настолько было комфортно и удобно. Потрясающе вкусная еда, отзывчивый персонал, великолепно оборудованный спорт зал, шикарный домик с личным бассейном. Огромное спасибо! Превзошли наши ожидания! - - -

Staff were very attentive, loved the cocktails and pools. Effie the cleaner was so friendly and always got us enough water for the room! Loved the Greek restaurant !! Very fresh and a lovely fine dining experience. Also liked umi restaurant and beautiful views. - - The buffet food got very boring! It would be nicer to have themed nights - Mexican, Spanish - tapas, Italian etc. Loved the Greek restaurant- would love food like this at the buffet! The entertainment at night was not good especially with the Cuban man the other day who kept picking on people :( Even some Greek dancing or Greek music would have been nice. It would be nice to have a third or fourth bar as they got very repetitive considering we also stayed at these bars during the day while sunbathing! Oceano restaurant we felt very rushed and staff wanted to get us out! -

We had an incredible few days here. The location is stunning with all the dreamy views and clear sea you could want, the staff were the perfect balance of friendly and attentive without being OTT, the food was great quality and options for all diets, fab massages from Maria and Irene. - - Not a ‘didn’t like’ but a helpful side note: lots of stairs and steep hills around the complex. -

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the attention we received was second to none. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with plenty of loungers by the pools available every day. The food in the Veranda restaurant is also great with plenty of options available and really tasty food. However, the best thing about this hotel are the staff. The cleaners did a great job every day, and special mention to Dina and Elina in the restaurant who were super friendly every day. The pool bar staff and the guest services staff were amazing, and when I fell ill towards the end of the trip they were so helpful and organised medicine from the pharmacy and a doctor visit. We also enjoyed the entertainment, particularly the traditional cretan dancers and the saxophonists. - - Nothing -

We had an incredible stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort! Everything was beautiful, modern, clean, and stylish. The service was truly 5-star, and the views are simply 10/10 from every corner of the resort. The all-inclusive food was delicious and offered plenty of variety, while the à la carte restaurants were absolutely outstanding — definitely worth trying! We also loved the beautiful walking path down to the beach. The resort has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. A truly wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the perfect getaway. We would happily return! ❤️ - - If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have better irons available. -
