I had a wonderful stay at Festa Via Pontica! The hotel is stylish, clean, and surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere. Staff are friendly, easpecially the bellboy Nikolay , he is always smiling, and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh choices. Perfect place for a relaxing and joyful holiday!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff’s attitude. Ivo and Ani at the reception were very welcoming, always smiling, kind, and professional. The room was perfectly prepared, clean, and cozy, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm and inviting, which immediately made us feel at home. This hotel really impressed me with how smoothly everything ran. The rooms were neat, the beds comfortable, and the common areas well cared for. I needed to extend my stay by an extra night, and receptionist Ani handled it quickly without any fuss. She explained the options clearly and made the whole process easy, definitely someone who knows her job well. The rest of the team added to the experience too. Housekeeping always had my room spotless and even folded my clothes neatly when I’d left them on a chair, which was such a nice surprise. The restaurant staff were efficient and always attentive without hovering, which made meals easy and relaxed. The breakfast crew kept things running smoothly even when it was packed, and the food always felt fresh. In the evenings, the animation team had little games and music that made the lobby feel lively without being too loud. Security checked politely when I came in late at night, which actually made me feel safer. The effort of the whole staff made my stay so much more enjoyable.

Mi-au placut amplasarea foarte aproape de plaja si disponibilitatea sezlongurilor. - Lumina dimineata - Mic dejun, pranz, cina foarte bune si cu varietate. (Dulciurile la pranz si cina mi s-au parut prea dulci, dar este o parere personala) - Am avut parte de liniste si relaxare atat la piscina cat si la plaja - Activitatile organizate de animatori au fost geniale - - - Mid-day snack, nu mi s-au parut cine stie ce (aveau in fiecare zi cartofi prajiti, gogosi si pizza care sunt ok, dar burgerii sunt foarte naspa) - Unii barmani exagerau cu alcoolul in bauturi - Paturile twin amplasate unul langa celalalt si nu erau conectate intre ele cu ceva. Erau doar puse una langa cealalta si se deplasa salteaua de pe pat in timpul noptii -

Great stay overall. Receptionist Ani was really professional, she helped me adjust my reservation dates smoothly when my plans changed last minute. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, which made it even better.

⸻ Today we left the hotel and I can honestly say – everything was wonderful! We had an unforgettable holiday, filled with comfort, relaxation and lots of positive emotions. Everything was so well organized – from the rooms, which were clean and comfortable, to the food and the restaurant service, which were at a very high level. The housekeeping was always perfect, and the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were always responsive to our needs. I was especially impressed by the service at the lobby bar – the young lady there was extremely polite and always smiling. I would also like to mention the reception staff – Ani and Ivo, who were very helpful and always ready to assist. There was also a blonde young lady whose name I didn’t manage to catch, but she was very welcoming and friendly as well. Simply everything was SUPER! We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel with both hands!

Reception Nikola, Nikolay seems super friendly, also the Animation team such as Stephan and Leona was super energetic a friendly. The food was average. staff of the hotel was OK. Its also very close to the beach. Overall i would recomend this hotel for my collages and friends.

We had wonderful stay at this large holiday resort. The Festa Via Pontica was the perfect place for our relaxing break away. The food was plentiful all day, plenty of choice with great pancakes and omelettes for breakfast, freshly made. The hotel was well cleaned daily, our room had everything we needed from great aircon, a safe in the room, a balcony with seats and clothes drier and very comfy beds. Our fridge even had drinks in that we could have. Bathroom came with shampoo, shower gel and soap. The hotel has lifts and ramps. We enjoyed our wine tasting evening at the start of the holiday in the wine cellar. The beach was golden sand and warm sea and as the hotel has its own section you do not need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The pools at the hotel were refreshing and there were plenty of beds (and parasol)s there for me to lie on. I loved being able to get a coffee or hot chocolate from the machine when I wanted one. It was great to be able to fill a water bottle too. We dont have children but there was entertainment for them and parks in the hotel to play in with a small pool for little ones. The animation team are great and work very hard to entertain you if you want. We enjoyed the Folk dancing night and Film Quiz. The staff mostly speak English so we never had a problem being understood, all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. I dont know any names apart from Kevin who was great help to us on the night we arrived when we couldn't get our safe to work. We had a great all inclusive break and would love to return again.Thank you.

Miałem świetny 10-dniowy pobyt w tym 4-gwiazdkowym ultra all-inclusive kurorcie. Świetne udogodnienia, smaczne jedzenie i mnóstwo atrakcji. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny przez cały czas. Szczególne podziękowania dla Anelia z Obsługi Gości – była niesamowicie miła i dopilnowała, żeby wszystko przebiegało bez problemów. Gorąco polecam!

The food and beverages were varied and high quality—something for every taste. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained.
