Nice territory with 3 pools, spa. The hotel is near the sea. No loud events. Thanks to receptionist Felina for assistance and a tour around the hotel. - We could not pay for spa services by card.

Храната беше превъзходна и разнообразна. Може бие една от най-добрите които сме имали по време на all inclusive почивките ни. Хотела е разположен на тихо и спокойно място и предлага прекрасна почивка. - - Трудно е да се коментира какво не ни е харесало след такава прекрасна почивка, но може би има някои несъществени детайли. Трудно свързване с рецепция - телефона в стаята не работеше, дори и след молбата ни да бъде оправен, а също и свързването през общ телефон за всички хотели на Феста холдинг през който така и не успяхме да се свържем (никой не отговаряше). Споменавам това, защото имаше нещо като спешен случай и трябваше да отидем до рецепцията (която не беше близо до стаята ни) за да съобщим за него. Прави впечатление малкия брой и не особено добрият подбор на телевизионни канали. -

Всичко беше страхотно - чисто и уютно! Персоналът беше мил и отзивчив, особено Анелия! :) В ресторанта беше чисто, храната - в изобилие! Отново бихме посетили! - - Няма такова! -

Чистотата, храната, настаниха ни в стая с гледка с море и една до друга след като помолихме - - Нямат бар на плажа и на снек бара сандвичите и бургерите бяха с найлонки вътре, не е спазена хигиената на снек бара, иначе в стаите е много чисто, както и в ресторанта -

Last year I was sort of disappointed, but this year it is different. The towels were daily changed, unlike last year, everything was clean, the food was better than last year and more diverse. The animation for the kids were better last year, but still good. But the one for adults were better. - Difenitely a moskito nest is needed. We had 2 nights were the room were full of moskitos, but they were kinda num. They didn't sting us and seem they don't have the energy to fly as they should. Still we had to kill some, to be sure.

Room, cleanliness, beach and food. - The drinks should definitely improve and the cue in the lobby bar was terrible. People have to wait for 20-25 min for a drink. Some days it is impossible to find a sunbed, as people from outside the hotel are using them. I had to ask the cleaning lady to change our towels, they are not automatically changed.

Locatia, curatenie zilnica, plaja aproape. - - Micul dejun putin diversificat, dupa prima jumatate de ora de la inceputul pranzului nu mai gaseai ciorba, cozile infernale de la bar pe timpul serii, lipsa barului pe plaja. -

Персонала беше много отзивчив и усмихнат. Имаше доста чужденци на работа, но лесно се разбирахме с тях. Стаята беше просторна и чиста. Почиства се всеки ден и сменят хавлиените кърпи. - - Банята се пълнеше доста с вода и не се отичаше правилно. Нямаше достатъчно места на плажа на хотела (Вероятно се запазваха шезлонзи от предната вечер). -

Стаята е хубава, леглата удобни, базата на хотела е добре поддържана, винаги имаше свободни места на шезлонзите на басейна и на плажа, плажът е на 1 мин срещу хотела. Храната- не всичко което опитахме ни хареса, но има разнообразие и винаги ще намериш нещо вкусно. - - Напитките са с ниско качество. Коктейлите от баровете не стават, правят се с бг алкохол и на око, давам оценка 1 за коктейлите. -

The rooms are spacious and cosy! The hotel is clean and well-maintained! It’s close to the beach, and the sea view was just beautiful! The hotel staff is very friendly and we have to say thank you to Stelios and Aneliya! I loved every single second of our stay! We would definitely come back next year!

It was brilliant! We came for a second year and we loved it even more! We loved the new animation programs! The restaurant service staff is really friendly! The whole staff is really kind but we can't not say thank you to Aneliya and Stella's from the front desk, they were really professional and helpful! The location of the hotel is perfect it's quiet and close to the beach! We are gonna come again next year for sure!

We stayed with my wife and our 2 year old kid for a week and it was perfect! We were in the new wing of the hotel and the room was bright and clean! The hotel has its own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas which is really thoughtful! The staff is nice and kind and we should say a special thank you to Stelios and Anelia! We loved our holiday! Would recommend!

Ho appena soggiornato all'hotel Festa Via Pontica a Pomorie e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La posizione è ottima, il personale cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto Anelia e Stelios, le camere spaziose e pulite. La colazione inclusa era deliziosa. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per un soggiorno indimenticabile a Pomorie.

Where do i even start!?! It was really the best holiday ever! From the room to the beach everything was perfect! First of all i should say thank you to Felina and Anelia for everything! The room was bright and clean, the staff was so helpful and kind! The hotel has 3 pools and even sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and you can take free towels for them( they were out of towels for the beach the first day, but the second day they had so its not big of a problem). It was amazing! We’ll definitely come back!

The hotel itself is really beautiful. The rooms are well decorated and with new design. The sea view is really pretty because the hotel is 2 steps away from the beach! The staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of, especially Stelios and Anelia! Definitely will come back!

We stayed in Festa Via Pontica hotel for 10 days and it was great! They have a beautiful garden for nighttime walks! They have their own corner on the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the all inclusive guests. It would be awesome if the beach bar was included but its not much of a bother. A special shout-out to Aneliya and Stelios who made sure we had a pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend!!
