Voor de tweede maal geboekt. Zo tevreden van onze eerste boeking! Tweede keer was zoals de eerste keer, perfect! Vriendelijk personeel, heel proper hotel, top kuisteam, heel lekker eten! Altijd met een glimlach, ze proberen altijd te antwoorden op je vragen en zijn oplossingsgericht. Het hotel is perfect gelegen om in de buurt uit te gaan, volop winkels,pubs, restaurants. Steek je de straat over ben je op enkele minuten aan zee. Zo jammer dat de vakantie door is. Zeker tot de volgende keer! Cook’s club we love you!

10/10! Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants. All staff were lovely and food was amazing. Great atmosphere around the pool and had entertainment on each night. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and room was clean. Would definitely recommend and come again ????

Really enjoyable experience, food was superb with gluten free options available and plenty of Greek food available eg Olives and Gyros (wish I’d brought cling film to bring home :) and the entertainment was spot on - Karaoke night was good . Perhaps time of year but had a few pesky wasps when drinking outside! Wife loved sitting on balcony with a brew and laughed when I nearly broke my neck with a round of drinks (slipped near pool!), I will never hear the end of it. Bathrooms are really nice. Couldn’t fault it

Great location in the center with everything you need just a short walk away- pharmacy, spar, cafes , ice cream shops clothing shops and lovely beach front restaurants, can’t tell you are on main road very set back, the hotel gave a very vibey atmosphere during the day time and at the evening , the dj during the day was amazing played great songs to sing along Too in the pool, the events they held were also a highlight of our trip including white party and movie night , The rooms were lovely the one we had selected was a large double which was excellent, very big bed space as well as a nice big shower and sofa bed the value for money we thought as an 18 year old couple was very reasonable to say food was at such a high standard and the room we got was perfect and the pool area and bar is also fabulous for what we paid the entire place is so clean including the pool and our room was cleaned everyday fresh towels and cleaners did a fab job of the rooms , the noise levels was just right never to loud even when the dj was on, the service was great from the receptionists to the bar staff everything was amazing

Location was perfect, everything you could need is nearby less than 5 minutes away. The atmosphere is viby always music, different events every day such as movie night, dancers, djs. Rooms are very spacious and fresh towels everyday and cleaned and all very comfortable. Great value for your money. Bar and restaurant very reasonable for the quality of food and drinks. Despite being by a main road it is very set back so no traffic noise. Music level is good too. Service is excellent, pool towels/ beach towels provided and can exchange for clean ones whenever you please. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our holiday! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the food was delicious with generous portions. The cocktails were also great. The staff deserve a special mention – everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, with a special thank you to Athina, Antonis and Jonathan for their excellent service. We also enjoyed the SPA during our stay, which was a lovely addition to the holiday. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Thank you for a memorable holiday! ❤️

The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the location is simply perfect. From the moment you walk in to check in, you’re impressed by the wonderful scent throughout the hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they make you want to come back just because of them. You always feel well taken care of and like everything you could possibly need is already there. The hotel spa is perfect! the food is absolutely incredible. Forget about dieting here, the portions are generous, filling, and delicious :) The bartenders make absolutely delicious cocktails, and I especially recommend trying the sangria cocktail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At! Cooks Club in Crete is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been numerous times now, and every single visit has been absolutely insane. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough! The vibe at this hotel is unreal. The pool area is always so clean and well looked after, and there’s such a great atmosphere throughout the day. The DJ always plays music that everyone loves, which makes the pool area such a great place to relax, have a drink and enjoy yourself. The shisha is also really good and adds even more to the whole experience. The live entertainment was brilliant too and really made our evenings even more enjoyable. But what makes this hotel 100x better is the staff. Erika, Adonis, Maria, Irene, Michael, Jonathan and Stavros, the manager, are all absolutely amazing. They have looked after us so well every time we’ve stayed, making sure everything was good for us every single day. They are friendly, welcoming and always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. They’ve also suggested so many great places to visit and things to do, which we really appreciated. It’s those personal touches that make such a difference and make you feel genuinely looked after. The rooms are amazing, spacious and always spotlessly clean. The food is also fantastic, with loads of choice and something for everyone. You’re never stuck for something to eat! I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Crete now. I’ve been numerous times and I will continue coming back again and again. Esperienza davvero molto positiva al COOK’S club Hersonissos! Struttura con un ambiente giovane, vivace e molto piacevole, perfetta soprattutto per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in compagnia e in un’atmosfera rilassata. L’hotel è molto pulito e curato, con una bella posizione che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali zone di Hersonissos. Gli ambienti sono moderni e accoglienti e si respira subito una bella atmosfera. Una nota di merito va sicuramente allo staff, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico: ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio per tutta la permanenza. In generale, un posto che consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto a chi cerca una vacanza al mare con un ambiente giovane, internazionale e divertente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Il soggiorno al Cook's Club Hersonissos è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. L'hotel offre un'atmosfera moderna e dinamica, ideale per giovani e adulti, con un'area piscina straordinaria dove la musica del DJ e il servizio cocktail bar creano il giusto mix tra socialità e relax. La qualità del cibo al ristorante è di buon livello, a partire dalla ricca colazione fino alle opzioni per la cena. La posizione centrale permette di raggiungere facilmente sia la spiaggia che la vita notturna. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre accogliente, sorridente e pronto a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Un'esperienza assolutamente da ripetere e consigliata a chiunque visiti Creta.

Cooks Club Hersonissos is absolutely outstanding...beautiful rooms...excellent breakfast buffet...amazing friendly staff,really helpful and attentive, also really cheerful and smiley...the food they offer is top tier...I'd highly recommend the spring rolls and the sushi was exemplary...two beautiful swimming pools...lots of sunbeds...great entertainment at nights. We stayed for a week and it was sublime. The staff are the best...we'll be back...????????????????????????????????????

This was our second stay at Cook's Club, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, the hotel is spotless, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Fresh towels were provided daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Stravos, Erika, Adonis, Naysika, and all the team for making our holiday so special. Their exceptional service and warm personalities really made a difference. The cleaners worked so hard, and the chefs served delicious food throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from each morning. The cocktails were delicious, and the bar staff were brilliant—always friendly, attentive, and happy to recommend drinks. The DJ created an amazing atmosphere every day, and the massage was one of the highlights of our holiday—so relaxing and well worth it. The sun loungers were really comfortable, making it easy to relax by the pool all day. We had another unforgettable holiday and are already looking forward to returning next year. I've been coming to this hotel for four years in a row, and there's a reason I keep choosing it every summer. I've stayed in different room types over the years, and every visit has been a great experience. In fact, many of my friends now come here every year too because they love it just as much. The hotel has a modern feel, the rooms are always very clean, and everything is well looked after. One of my favourite things is the atmosphere around the pool. It's relaxed, young, and full of good vibes. The DJ always plays great music, and it's the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to chill or have a drink with friends. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Everyone, from the kitchen staff to the bartenders, the waiters, and every other member of the team, is incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help. You can genuinely feel that they want every guest to have the best holiday possible. A special thank you to **Erika** from Guest Relations. She is one of the reasons this place feels so welcoming. She's always smiling, approachable, and genuinely cares about the guests. It's people like her who make you want to come back year after year. I'd also like to thank **Stavros**, the hotel manager, for leading such an amazing team. The excellent service and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel are a reflection of the great job he and his team do every day. After four years, I can honestly say this hotel feels like a second home during my holidays. I already know I'll be back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and always willing to help, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized and made us feel truly welcome. We would be happy to stay here again !!

Fabulous hotel, had a really lovely stay here! Location was perfect, being a very short walk away from the restaurants and bars, but also a short taxi journey into Stalis and Koutouloufari (would definitely recommend going to both of these.) The lunch time food was great, lots of options, really tasty and reasonably priced. It was mostly fine to get a sunbed around the pool, though I imagine in the busier months of July and August this may be more tricky. This was one of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed at across multiple European destinations. The only downside was the price of drinks around the pool which were very expensive (beer was around 6 euros). The room was also one of the smallest we have stayed in but this didn’t make much difference to us given that we don’t spend much time in there. Would definitely recommend to younger couples but might be too loud for those wanting a more peaceful stay.
