Sehr netter Empfang und saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten sowohl am Hotelpool aber auch am Meer entspannen und waren zudem nah an der Strandpromenade.

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten im Ortskern jedoch in 2. Reihe versteckt und abseits des Trubels. Getränke und Essen sind hervorragend! Zimmer so wie die ganze Anlage chic modern und sehr sauber. I stayed here on my own for a week and had an incredible time. The hotel is really stunning, modern, and you can tell it s ran efficiently by management. Housekeeping also cleaned the rooms daily and the hotel itself was nearly always spotless. The reception staff were really helpful and explained everything clearly during my stay. The spa staff were kind and great at explaining their treatment list and the treatments I had were very good. Magda behind the bar was the stand out - her service was outstanding. She would always serve with a smile, friendliness and nothing was ever too much for her. Location was excellent - Close to local shops, beaches and the strip. The food was outstanding, perfectly prepared/cooked but not enough local cuisine on the menus. The only other minor negatives were: 1) On arrival I was upgraded to a better room for one night, then downgraded for the following 6 days after. I appreciate having the upgrade, however it s not the best look to then take that room away from a guest after a night. 2) The sauna/steam room were out of order. Wir hatten im Cook s Club ein super sauberes und geschmackvolles Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren durchweg freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Das Programm war auch für ältere Gäste so angelegt, das man bei einem anderen Geschmack ausweichen konnte. Das Hotel ist im Oktober.nicht zu sehr ausgebucht. Absolut zu loben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Auch bei den separat zu bestellenden Speisen und Getränken ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die zentrale Lage ist nicht schön aber okay. Die Hauptstraße an der das Hotel liegt ist laut, voll und nicht sehr ansprechend. Die parallel verlaufende Küstenstraße hat viele Restaurants (leider mit Animierpersonal !), Bars und Café s und dazwischen einige Strandabschnitte. Unterkunft sehr gut, Ort ist okay ... wir waren sehr zufrieden. Onze vakantie bij Cook’s Club Chersonissos was in één woord fantastisch! 
Ik zou dit hotel dan ook zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanbevelen. De foto’s van het hotel, de kamers en het zwembad spreken al voor zich, maar in werkelijkheid overtrof alles mijn verwachtingen. Wat deze vakantie echter écht bijzonder maakte, was het geweldige personeel, zij zorgden voor de complete ervaring en dat heerlijke vakantiegevoel. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we hartelijk en oprecht vriendelijk ontvangen. Vooral Dimitra verdient een speciale vermelding: altijd behulpzaam, altijd met een glimlach, voorziet je van alle tips, en zij regelde zelfs een late check-out voor ons vanwege onze late terugvlucht. Ook bij de bar en het zwembad was de gastvrijheid van uitzonderlijk niveau. Al snel merkten we dat iedereen bij Cook’s Club even vriendelijk en attent was. De service van het barpersoneel was niet alleen razendsnel, maar ook van hoge kwaliteit, zowel in de drankjes als in het eten. Kostas, Stella en Irene zorgden ervoor dat we ons echt op vakantie voelden met hun dagelijkse praatjes, humor en geweldige service. Daarnaast willen we ook Erika bedanken voor haar vriendelijkheid en enthousiasme bij de geplande events, en voor haar hulp bij de receptie. Dankjewel Kostas, Dimitra, Stella, Irene & Erika. Jullie hebben onze vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

In jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Sehr sauber, extrem freundliches Personal und allgemein ein gelungenes Konzept. War sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal für uns.

Mein Aufenthalt in Hersonissos auf Kreta war einfach großartig! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung und Wohlbefinden gelegt wird. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln da. Ab 13 Uhr läuft angenehme Musik, die perfekt zur entspannten Urlaubsstimmung passt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Ich hatte einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Besonders das Frühstück war ein Highlight: frisch, vielfältig und von bester Qualität. Auch die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr cooles und stilvolles Ambiente. In der Küche ist alles übersichtlich, ordentlich und hygiensich. Es wird vor einem selbst gekocht. Die Bar am Pool war für mich eines der Highlights. Es ist ein Zufluchtsort. Nicht nur von der Heimat, sondern auch in Hersonissos selbst, wenn es Mal zu viel wird auf den Sraßen. Der Eingang, in Form eines Containers, eröffnet die Pforten für ein kleines Abenteuer zwischen vier Wänden (siehe Fotos). Das Team ist jung und cool und für jeden Spaß zu haben.

Einmal Cooks, immer Cooks… Erneute ein verlängertes Wochenende im Cooks Club gemacht… Der komplette Staff ist zu Freunden und Familie geworden… Es ist wie ein nach Hause kommen… Ich freue mich schon auf die Saison 2026!

Location was excellent, room good with nice shower. Took a while to work out why the Aircon wasn't working as it switches off every time you open the door to the balcony. Bar staff were good and the bean bags around the pool are very comfy so not a problem if you don't get up early enough for a sun bed. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay the only complaint we had was around smoking. It is very difficult to get away from it as ash trays are places everywhere around the pool and bar, people were even vaping in the breakfast room. Otherwise a good holiday was had by all and the location was perfect it suited everyone in our party from age 19 to 52.

Cooks club Hersonissos is literally the best hotel I have ever been to! The staff is really nice and helpful. If you have a complaint they’ll fix it immediately and they really listen to you. Every single one of the staff members is kind! The food and drinks are a 10/10! They have an amazing bar with a very wide selection of spirits and they really know how to make an excellent cocktail! The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and everything is made fresh. The rooms are modern and very clean. The housekeeping came by everyday to clean and to bring fresh new towels and bedsheets. They have a beautiful spa and gym! The pools are nice and there is enough place to go sunbathing. In the afternoon there’s a dj so the vibe is so nice! We would definitely recommend this place! Thankyou team Cook’s club for giving us an unforgettable holiday!

Our stay at Cooks Club Hersonissos was amazing. Firstly the staff were all incredible. Any query we had was dealt with perfectly by the front desk where whoever we spoke to was more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Pool staff were really lovely and bar staff too. The music in the day was not too loud which was great and almost sunbeds were in sunlight most of the day too which was great for October! The pool was always very clean and not too busy even though the hotel was fully booked, and rarely had reserved sunbeds too. The location is great too being only a 5 minute walk from most busy restaurants at the seafront. As well as being on the main road through Chersonisos so travel by bus to Heraklion or Stalis was so easy and cheap! The food at the hotel is also incredible where we ate 3 evenings while staying. Amazing value for money and the selection is wide too. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard too.
