She was truly outstanding, always welcoming with a big smile, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every inquiry I had was addressed with care, and any issue was solved quickly and in the best possible way. Her customer-oriented approach and genuine friendliness made a huge difference and turned an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable experience.
