Doručak je bio u redu ,raznovrna hrana. Jedino je poneki put falilo vilica ,noževa i malih tanjurića ispod šalica za kavu ili čaj. - - Izostao je osmjeh na licima zaposlenika. -

Good comfortable hotel next to some business buildings, perfect for a business trip. Rooms are quite and warm. Breakfast was good as well

Everything was perfect! - The pillow was too thin. I would have appreciated some memory foam pillow and a softer mattress

The Nargile bar in the hotel - breakfast was awful, stuff was not trained and they did not speak Bulgarian.

Luxury hotel, big, clean, cosy rooms and private bathroom with bathtub. The restaurant food is delicious and diverse. The hotel is at a great location. Down the street are bus stop, train stop and metro station which can bring you to the city centre or Paradise Mall in couple of minutes. 5 minutes walk away from the hotel is Bulgaria Mall. Kind and helpful staff at the reception.
