Uno degli hotel, secondo me migliori di Rodi nuova. La sua posizione per chi vuole vivere la città, ma anche per chi poi si vuole spostare è la migliore. Le stanze erano moderne e pulite. la colazione è super! - - La sala colazione è un po’ vecchia -

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was a good size with plenty of storage, and the bed was really comfortable. The only downside was the balcony – being at the back of the hotel meant we didn’t get any sun. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was always well topped up. The pastries were delicious, although I wasn’t too keen on having broccoli and carrots at breakfast! The pool was a lovely size for a swim and to cool off from the sun. There are around 20 loungers, so you do need to be up early to grab one, but there’s also sun lounger service from the staff which was a really nice touch. The staff also kindly let us know about the loungers just across from the hotel, which range from around €20 for a set – great if you want guaranteed sun all day. The staff truly made our stay. They were so warm and helpful, nothing was too much trouble – they even helped me fix my phone. A special thank you to the two porter lads, the day bar staff, and especially the wonderful Nikos, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The only real issue was with the lifts – at one point only one was working, and even when both were running, it felt like more were needed for the size of the hotel. Overall, this has to be one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff are what make it so special, and I’d definitely come back again because of them.

Snidane byly vynikající, pokoj byl čistý a zrekonstruovaný. Personál v restauraci a na recpeci by se mohl více usmívat a zdravit, ale to je jedině,co tomuto hotelu lze vytknout. Jinak vše na 1*. Moc jsme si pobyt v tomto hotelu uzili. -

Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu zweit, sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade aufs oberste Stockwerk mit Meerblick-Jackpot! Nochmals vielen Dank dafür ! Balkon ist auch geräumig. Man kann nachts die Diskotheken am Strand hören, ist aber nicht störend. Strand ist direkt über die Straße, also 20m vom Hoteleingang. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Altstadt läuft man ca 15 Minuten, ist aber ein schöner Weg am Meer entlang. - - Der Poolbereich ist extrem klein, ist aber auch unwichtig bei der Nähe zum Strand. Es gibt nur 1 Aufzug der auch schon etwas älter ist, das kann mitunter zu Wartezeiten führen. Im Frühstücksbereich hat man als Gast manchmal schon den Eindruck dass man dem Personal im Weg steht. Das würde ich bei 5 Sternen so nicht erwarten. Trotzdem sind alle sehr freundlich. -

The staff is very attentive, the cleanliness is exemplary, the food is diverse and very good. the restaurant and everything related to the restaurant is impeccable. the pool is a little small for what I expected. the receptionists, waiters, waitresses, all very attentive to details and to the needs of the customers. This hotel deserves 6 stars instead of 5. I am pleasantly surprised. Congratulations

Проживали в этом отеле 7 дней. Доброжелательный персонал. Уютный номер. Каждый день меняли полотенца, а через день меняли постельное бельё. Красивый ресторан отеля. Завтраки и ужины разнообразные и вкусные. Отель расположен на берегу Средиземного моря. Море было спокойное и тёплое. Ходили раз на Эгейское море, но там всё время дует ужасный ветер и сильные волны. Вокруг отеля множество магазинов и ресторанов. Недалеко порт и Старый город. Мы прекрасно отдохнули и остались довольны.

Location and staff are really outstanding. We took daily walks to the historic city center and ports, the fact that we didn’t have to commute to see the beautiful views made a big difference. Staff was always welcoming, polite, friendly and in a good mood, which was an uneasy task with the amount of work they have in this peak season (mid August). Rooms were renovated, clean and well equipped. We had one with “garden view” which in fact provided views of two trees in the middle of a service corridor between hotel wings, but it was okay. The only disadvantage was a strange layout of the room where the shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the room just with glass panels. I’ve seen this before, not sure if it’s some kind of new trend, but it strips you of all privacy despite the milky glass. Food was very varied, there was always something to choose from even if you’re picky. Quality was mostly really good, especially the local cuisine - fish, cheese, salads, minced meats and grilled vegetables. We’d appreciate a glass of fresh water with the dinner, I only found a drinks machine with various lemonades. Otherwise, drinks were charged extra. The hotel pool and pool area seemed small from the photos, but comfortably hosted 20-30 people. There was always a place to sit or lie down, which means you don’t have to pay 20 eur/day for beach sunbeds (it’s just across the street). The hotel reception offers excursions to the most popular places like Lindos, Filerimos and Butterfly Valley. The coach service they provided was really good, buses were luxurious and air-conditioned with a nice driver. If you’re into some adventure, I recommend taking these options. Overall we loved Rhodes and this hotel was a gem :-) Once more, thanks to the super-nice staff for making our stay memorable.

Great location, very nice view from the balcony, nice rooms. - It is a 4 star hotel, not 5! The dinner was not very good. There is not a lot of choises and basicaly nothing gluten free. I even asked the stuff (in the restaurant and reception) for gluten free food and still the next day there was nothing for me (except vegetables). You have to pay for drinks, there is not even water for free in the dinner.

Ótima localização em Rhodes! Praia boa na frente e próxima da cidade murada - - Piscina muito pequena. O café da manhã muito lotado. Tem que ir cedo! Os atendentes do café da manhã só ficam conversando entre si, não servem os hóspedes - as mesas são pequenas então os itens usados tem que ser logo retirados -
