Overall our holiday was fabulous, we really enjoyed our stay at Lindos Royal. We had a garden view swim up room with shared pool and couldn’t fault it. Spotlessly clean every day by the lovely cleaning ladies. Fresh towels everyday and fresh linen everyday. Shower and toilet separate in our room which was perfect. Very modern room. Good food on the buffet. Breakfast items same everyday but this isn’t an issue as there is a mix of pastries, cereals, hot food , pancakes , fruit and yoghurt so always something to eat. Lunch and dinner was different everyday wide selection , pasta, pizza , salad and fries always available. Very heavy on the fish selection most nights , salmon , cod , seabass available pretty much everyday. Waitresses very quick to clear ur plates when you finish. Also there is part of the buffet left on for late arrivals after dinner closes so there is food available when you arrive if you wanted some. We chose to attend the Greek meze a la carte , drinks here are chargeable. Overall it was nice, but main was a bit disappointing. The meze starter was lovely , lots of different small dishes and salads very representative of the local cuisine. However , the waiter gave us three options for the main, chicken pasta, lamb or fish , we chose the chicken pasta but didn’t enjoy it. We would’ve preferred a better description of the dish , there is menu QR codes on the tables but we were asked what we wanted the second we were seated so didn’t have chance to decide properly. All the alcoholic drinks were of a good standard. Extensive cocktail menu and Zythos beer on tap. Red white and rose wine also available and nice. The pool bar was the bar we attended most. There was a bar called calypso bar also included in AI. But we didn’t attend this one as the pool bar was more in the sun. Same products at both bars. The lobby bar was chargeable so we didn’t make use of this. But there was high end spirits behind this bar for those who would prefer to pay or as a treat one evening. My only real issue with drinks was the soft drinks in the main restaurant were flat , weak and warm. They pre pour the fizzy drinks to prepare for meal time rush , but this caused the drinks to be flat and warm which is disappointing when you’ve paid so much money and would like a refreshing soft drink rather than an alcoholic drink at lunch time. In the restaurant you attend the small bar in the restaurant to get your drinks rather than helping yourself. We were really disappointed and ended up having water most days as we didn’t want alcoholic drinks with our lunch. This was the only let down of the holiday, and being bar trained myself it tasted like the post mix had ran out in the box so I raised this to the barman and he said he didn’t know, which is ok but it would be beneficial if someone should check the quality during service. Please also note that this hotel is also not located in walking distance to central Lindos, it is in Vlycha Beach which is around 10 mins taxi from Lindos. We were aware of the hotels location before we arrived but had heard many people complain about the location. There is a couple of supermarkets on the beach road and a couple of bars. But as it’s all inclusive this wasn’t an issue. The receptionist called us a taxi into Lindos which was €14 each way , around 10 minute journey to the town which is definitely a must do if you’re staying in the area it was beautiful. There is also a public bus that operates at certain times from the main road but can’t provide much info on this as we didn’t use this facility. Reception also give you a collection of leaflets regarding trips and tours available from the hotel. We did a €20 pp trip to Rhodes old town , which is an amazing price considering a taxi wanted 63 euros to take us there one way. If you want to explore Rhodes old town definitely chose this one. It is a nice touch that the hotel makes you aware of this and book it for you should you choose to do this. There is two different entertainment options of an evening. Saturday is entertainment night off. There is entertainment usually singers or a dj by the pool bar and something normally going on in the amphitheater next to the slides pool. There is also a kids club, we saw them taking the children to the pool and for their lunch but we didn’t travel with children so didn’t use this. The entertainment team and entertainment is catered mainly towards the Italian guests as Bravo operate from this hotel. However the entertainment by the pool bar was English focussed. All the staff speak both English and Italian. There is also aqua gym and other activities like darts round the pool through the day. The hotel also has a large portion of the beach reserved for Lindos hotels guests, there is three Lindos hotels together so plenty of beds on the beach. Please be aware that the beach is a pebble beach so you may lose your shoe under the stones like I did going in the water. I’d recommend beach shoes as my flip flops weren’t suitable for this situation. It’s important to wear shoes in the sea as the pebbles can be quite painful on your feet. There’s also a private swimming bay just for Lindos royal guests which was really nice to sit next to with a cocktail and watch the sea. It could be better if there was an all inclusive bar on the beach for Lindos royal and Lindos grand as you have to walk up the hill to the pool bar for your drinks. Overall we had a lovely time and found this hotel perfect for a relaxing holiday which is what we wanted. We were also celebrating while we were here and the maids dressed the room nice for our arrival. The garden view pool rooms in 3000 wing where we were seemed a lot more well kept than other pool rooms and a lot more modern. We loved our time here and would definitely return here again. Staff friendly and show cooking chefs also really friendly too. Amazing holiday thank you so much. ☺️ Please add blue lagoon to your cocktail menu as this is my favourite for next time.

This is an honest review from 2 retired hoteliers. The welcome was lovely. The staff are well trained. The cleanliness in our room, restaurant and areas we used was very good. The main restaurant has a wide selection of food to suit most tastes. With 2 show cooking areas where you can choose from the grill or an Italian section. All the salads, vegetables and side dishes of meats, pastas, rice is freshly prepared and cooked. They never ran out at any meal we ate. The theme restaurants are well run with beautifully prepared fresh food. We could go 3 nights out of 7 in both weeks. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Especially Eleni, Anna in the restaurants and George on the restaurant bar. Downstairs the girls who run the bar during the evening are just as good. The entertainment is good and the entertainment staff so friendly, special mention to Tommy, Max and Pearl. The cleanliness of our room and area we used was very good There are a couple of negatives Some updating of the adult only pool is needed. The white wine wasn’t to our taste but Rose very drinkable, coffee did taste a bit strange some days but other days fine.

Veramente fantastico ..stanze pulite e ogni cosa al suo posto il bagno bellissimo doccia enorme moderna con doppio soffione ,si può dire che metà bagno e' doccia .letto comodissimo cuscini a volontà Frigo bar TV enorme e situata sopra la piscina. piscina perfetta in tutto ,temperatura perfetta , e posizione fantastica ... Personale bravissimo disponibile e gentile ..simpatici e veloci in tutto .. Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza che ha anche compiuto gli anni, e ci siamo trovati la torta e le bottiglie di vino in stanza e il biglietto ....e' stata una sorpresa x tutti e due .. Che dire consiglio a tutti Ed e' una esperienza che vorrei rifare subito . Ringrazio tutto il personale.

Just back from 11 nights at the Lindos.Royal, we absolutely loved it, the views are magical as is the beachbarea an banana beach bar. The hotel food was amazing and the entertainment was such fun, good bands and the dj one evening had us going. Alexandra in the spa was amazing in the spa and Mihalis the waiter in the restaurant went out of his way as well as the workers on the hotmdtinks depot. The ladies in both supermarkets where so friendly. I would def return in the future dont be put off by the reviews. Thank you Lindos Royal

I visited the Lindos Royal Hotel beginning of August with my family. I was there with my husband and my 2 children. We enjoyed the stay in this magical hotel in the area Lindos. We were all-inclusive it means, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner included, as well all the alcoholic drinks and the non-alcoholic drinks. The food was amazing! We loved the variety of the meals during our stay. The restaurant stuff is adorable! Very friendly people everywhere we went. They were nice to our kids as well, really appreciated that! The swimming pool area is absolutely unreal! They have water attractions for the kids and different slides of the pools. The entertainment during the day is not really creative. Every day is pretty much the same. They are also a bit loud, screaming a lot, can disturb the people after the time. During the evening is different in a positive way: live bands, music , good singers. Generally we as a family had an amazing stay at a magical hotel close to one of the best destinations on the Island. Entertainment wasn’t the best not to say poor Would recommend it to everyone in the future.

Good hotel. Lovely clean, modern room. Excellent food. Check-in easy- but more information would be better regards where to get towels. Food was excellent, high quality and lots of choice. Only disappointment was limited drinks included in the all inclusive- no Prosecco!! Hotel needs some TLC in the pool areas with many tiles missing but otherwise clean. Would be helpful if rules enforced in the Adult only pools- children not stopped from using.

I had fantastic holiday the food class, the people friendly and i will be back. The pool was clean and drinks was tops. The staff was amazing and helpful and tommy was always there for help.

Vacanza di due settimane (17-31 agosto) con moglie e figlia (9 anni). La struttura si può migliorare, soprattutto sugli orari di bar e palestra (all'interno della Spa). Si mangia abbastanza bene e il buffet è ampio, camere spaziose e pulite. Forse le 5 stelle alla struttura sono un po' al di sopra ma non manca niente per divertirsi e passare una bella vacanza, soprattutto grazie all'ANIMAZIONE PERFETTA. Ognuno ha il suo punto di vista, si può fare sempre meglio in tutto ma sull'animazione c'è poco da dire, 14 ragazzi che danno il massimo e che secondo me vanno anche oltre il proprio compito. Ho fatto serata tutti i giorni con loro, ed ero con moglie e figlia, pensa se ero single o senza prole. La prossima vacanza cercherò di andare dove si trova qualcuno di questi ragazzi. Chi non trovava l'animazione adeguata è sicuramente uno di quei clienti che meriterebbe una recensione, si perché spesso chi è pessimo è proprio il cliente e non chi si lavora.

We stayed for a week in August 2025 and were understandably nervous about some of the reviews we read beforehand. However, we would like to reassure anyone booked to stay at the Lindos Royal that it is perfectly possible to have a great holiday despite some of the issues raised in other reviews. Don't pay too much attention to the reviews at either end of the scale - nothing was as bad as some of the one star reviews and nothing was as perfect as some of the five star reviews. The food was lovely with a great choice in the buffet restaurant for all meals, food was replenished quickly when dishes ran low and you can eat a totally different meal every night (if you don't try to eat a bit of everything at every meal!) The pizza, pasta and grill stations always had something lovely to eat that had been freshly cooked if you don't want to choose from the buffet. We got booked into all 3 theme restaurants with no bother, we just did it at the start of our week to ensure we could get booked in. The staff were really friendly, the resort was tidy, the pools were warm and clean, and you could get a sunbed regardless of the time of day you went down (at all pools and at the beach). It is in a beautiful location and easily accessible for Lindos itself via taxi, which the hotel can book for you. We did have to move from our original room as the air con was poor but the reception staff moved us quickly and the second room was much better. Some of the resort is clearly being renovated in places and the pool area can get a little slippy (not sure why so much of the resort has smooth rather than textured floor tiles!). There is a distinct smell by the Calypso bar that was intermittent other than on our last night when it was a bit overwhelming - the hotel really do need to sort that out! Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would stay again.

Not 5 star hotel for sure. Pools are small. Food is very nice. Sundebs always available. Entertainment 5 out of 10. DJ party was a great fun. The beach is lo. Clear water. For the price we paid I expected better entertainment and bigger pools. Showers a bit outdated.

Hotel ben strutturato ma non può essere considerata una struttura 5 stelle in quanto alle 23 chiude il bar anche con gente in coda per prendere una semplice birra. Inoltre le camere sono un po lasciate andare esempio porta rotta. Spiaggia bella ma anche quella poco curata vedasi passerella tutta rotta dove è un attimo farsi male. Cena molto variegata ma anche molto ripetitiva. Staff BRAVO? Senza parole, persone spettacolari, sempre disponibili soprattutto Riccardo Mattia e Laura li porterò sempre nel cuore

Che dire siamo andati via da poco...nel leggere le recensioni siamo arrivati molto titubanti... Nel leggere le recensioni precedenti eravamo terrorizzati di blatte nelle camere e invece assolutamente nulla!!! Camere: potrebbero essere pulite meglio...ma tutto sommato ...passabili!!!!Abbiamo avuto un giorno un problema che perdeva acqua dal soffitto precisamente dal condizionatore. La donna dei servizi ha lasciato un semplice strofinaccio e al nostro rientro era inzuppato.... Grazie all'assistenza del bravo il giorno dopo l'hanno sistemato... Ma bastava che la signora delle pulizie avesse segnalato il problema nel rifare la camera e il problema si sarebbe sistemato nell' arco della giornata!!! Cibo: a volte un po' ripetitivo ma cmq si trova sempre qualcosa di buono ... Ottimi i primi dello chef Michele fatti al momento!!! Escursioni: siamo stati con il bravo a visitare rodi città ... Brava la guida e interessante tutto ciò che ha detto... L'escursione bay to bay l'abbiamo fatta con captain vasilis (più economico rispetto il villaggio).... si trova percorrendo la spiaggia vicino la scala rossa ... Lo trovate nel pomeriggio...Lui e il figlio thomas hanno una barca piccola e ci hanno portato in senature e zone favolose con un mare unico... Il loro numero è +306945008699 potete messaggiare con lui tramite whatsapp parlando inglese. Villaggio: zone comuni pulite alla reception a volte trovate qualcuno che parla italiano Animazione: complimenti a tutto lo staff del mini club (enea, filippo, laura, michel) che hanno intrattenuto durante la giornata i nostri figli. Mentre nel complesso, abituati a tanti altri villaggi del bravo in cui siamo stati, abbiamo trovato spettacoli serali non un granché ... Ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più !!!! Dispiace che i ragazzi lavorano tantissimo e sicuramente non sono pagati adeguatamente all'impegno che cercano di mettere! Avevamo letto nelle passate recensioni la questione del cattivo sapore dell'acqua offerta a tavola ... In effetti è così ma basta comprare la bottiglia dal market il problema è risolto ...

Tornati adesso adesso... Come ripetuto in molte recensioni la struttura non è sicuramente un 5 stelle e la pulizia delle camere lascia alquanto a desiderare..... Cucina varia e buona! L' animazione però è da un 5 stelle e più.... Ringraziamo Michelle, Laura, Filippo ed Enea per aver fatto stra divertire Bea.... Grazie a Guglielmo, Riccardo , Glauco, Milena, Concetta e Mattia per averci fatto ridere troppo troppo troppo.... Grazie a Martina per i corsi di fitness e la super dolcezza.... Agnese e Giada bravissime con le teen ager... Samuel super dj.... Siete straordinari e indimenticabili! Spero di non aver dimenticato qualcuno... Grazieeee mille anche alle ragazze della reception, gentilissime e preparatissime....

Sono appena rientrata da una settimana con la mia famiglia dal bravo lindos Royal... allora leggendo le recensioni non posso che confermare molte cose: non è assolutamente un 5 stelle.... lo è il resort prima del bravo lindos na non questo di sicuro. Cibo buono anche se ripetitivo complimenti a Michele per non averci fatto sentire la mancanza dell'Italia con le sue ottime paste! Ragazzi tutti bravi, gentili sorridenti ed educati.... complimenti per il lavoro che svolgono. Un grazie speciale va a chi pulisce ogni giorno il resort e lo mantiene al meglio, sorvolando sulla maleducazione estrema della gente che butta tutto a terra, una vergogna!!!! Piscine belle e curate, super gli scivoli x i bambini... (bisogna però mettere un antiscivolo sulle scale che portano agli scivoli, c'è un rischio enorme per i bambini che ci salgono dato che è sempre bagnato e scivoloso). Mare stupendo, organizzazione delle escursioni anche (troppo care cmq).... Cocktail ok non li sanno fare ma si accettano comunque essendo in all inclusive.... Nota negativa : le camere. Le camere darei 1 stella per essere gentile, vecchie.... datate.... e sopratutto mal pulite!!!! Metto le foto del bagno perché proprio quello era suoer datato e non avevo coraggio di farmi la doccia senza scarpe. Non su può far pagare così tanto x camere del genere. Resort nuovo nella hall, nel ristorante.... curato all esterno... e le camere così?? No terribili davvero. Pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, i copriletto vorrei saper ogni quanto li cambiate perché erano sporchi quando siamo arrivati e tali sono rimasti . Pulizia camere troppo superficiale. Per il resto siamo stati bene ma la camera abbassa di molto il mio giudizio .

E anche quest anno una vacanza incredibile. Camera con vista pazzesca sul mare da cui si può vedere un’alba mozzafiato. Il buffet ( colazione , pranzo, merenda e cena ) è internazionale, ricco e vario e accontenta tutti i palati. Il personale è cordiale, gentile e super disponibile sempre con il sorriso. L’accoglienza si fa sentire sin dall’arrivo e ci si sente subito a casa. Sono già due anni di fila che vengo qui con la famiglia per due settimane e conto di tornare nuovamente, perché si torna sempre dove si è stati bene. Un grazie di cuore a tutti per aver reso anche questa vacanza al lindos royal veramente indimenticabile! A presto!

Ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel e sinceramente è stato oltre le mie aspettative,un servizio estremament curato nei dettagli per quanto riguarda colazione pranzo e cena tutto impeccabile lo staff educaatissimo sempre attento alle nostre esigenze camere e pulizie al top non che spiaggia e intrattenimento serale stupendo!! Ideale per chi a piccoli l'hotel è privo di pericoli e ben organizzato ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful location. Lovely way to wake up with the sea outside We had a sea view family room and on the whole it was good. - Entertainment for kids could have been more. Some quick wins would help make it feel more luxury, such as more than 1 pillow and ice creams for the kids available all day at pool bar

The staff were lovely. Especially Tommy and the pool bar staff. Tommy is PR for the hotel and is the most helpful man you could ask to meet, nothing is a problem for him. The only downside is the cleaners in the room. They slacked a bit after the first week but once I called reception to advise them they resolved the issue efficiently. The pools and slides are great for families and the food has a nice all inclusive selection throughout the day.
